I brought 2 sweaters (one knit, one t-shirt) to Inba's store. The knitted one had a large hole. She fixed both absolutely great. One couldn't almost notice that there used to be a hole. I got my wedding dress altered. The bottom length needed to be brought up a few inches because I am short. The day I brought it in, she did the measurements and made the marking lines. It was several weeks before arriving for the date given for us to pick it up. We arrived the day of to pick my dress up and with no phone call saying "hey its not finished" I arrived only to hear "its not done yet" It was still sitting with pins in the bottom! MY WEDDING DRESS! Something I needed to get in order to leave for another city. So she said "come back in 2 days" as we needed to leave for Ottawa the next day. Got back and picked it up and this time it was done. But what I really disliked is she never bothered to contact me to say "hey its not done" that was very unprofessional!
