Louis's mafia family got to the cops, When I came to weeks later in the hospital police showed up and actually wrapped my hand around a pen and moved my arm as to sign a DWI ticket, THATS RIGHT, LOUIS ROSSIGNOL SAID I WAS DRIVING AND HE PUT HIS DWI IN MY NAME. This is the kind of man Louis is. I was left totally paralyzed, I am now a quadriparesis and it has not been a picnic from all the paralysis, I had over a dozen surgeries and my insides were so paralyzed I am missing alot of my insides now, all thanks to a drunk ass Louis Rossignol who told everyone I was driving and he still is lying to my friends about what happened that night even today. I was a MAN and never once made Louis feel bad about how he destroyed my life, both physically and emotionally as I lost my fire department job and I could no longer scuba dive, I tried just couldn't. I never once complained to my dive buddies or anyone about what Louis did to me, I never once made him feel bad about destroying my body and life Years later while following coked up loaded Louis after a rodeo a man hits me head on, Louis and Chet stop, the police asked me if I had any DWI's before, I said no, cops said I was lieing, I looked at Louis standing there and told him it was his DWI and Louis tells me to be quiet, then he gets in is truck and leaves, I actually got taken to jail for his DWI and Louis would not even get me out of jail Again Louis was not a man, always runs from his mistakes and never takes responsibility. To this day Louis is lieing to my dive buddies about that incident. I never made him feel bad or brought up the fact that he ran off on his responsibility again that day., I been a man about it. Had I told the dive community what he did to me and how he treated the situation when he broke my neck Louis Rossignol would have never been able to dive with any club, if his own first cousin could not count on him how could anyone count on him under water. So now when my mother was dieng, Louis and I got played by my oldest sister Denise so she could steal my mothers estate, Louis helped my sister to steal my mothers entire estate and my mothers wake and funeral.
