We went to view a few places and although nice they were either too pricey or not big enough. So we happened across this estate agent, we have viewed two houses a few months apart. We received a call asking for feedback which we duly gave, and then we asked for a viewing at another property that fitted our needs perfectly. We were told unless we could provide written documentation from our bank confirming our finance was in place we could not view more properties with them. We had been impresses with the friendliness of the agent at both viewings and were very close to approaching them to sell our property. Needless to say I was not impressed and will not be using there services.

The in store atm's can handle most transactions you are likely to need. If you are looking to talk to an advisor avoid lunch times like the plague. This is when santander staff use the branch and it fills up the appointments a week in advance.
