All my insurance policies are through them, when I call I get like a VIP treatment, also I've referred friends who are getting the same treatment. I also purchased a manufactured home and wanted to add that to my policy, Leslie let me know State Farm did not write those policies but connected me in touch with a wonderful guy Steve who took care of this for us. Being in Florida and seeing Morgan & Morgan adds everywhere I talked with Leslie about getting a blanket policy to CYA for we have investment properties and do not want to risk a potential law suit any time soon. For someone to say they take the money and run please try the other agent I was with before than re write your review, or maybe they worked for another agents office and thought this would drum more business by bashing others, not good business IMO

Well, believe the reviews. I need to age ,my credit. I sadly believed that minimum number of credit cards or accounts is a good thing. Nope, there are tricks or formulas the 3 agencies use. You need to have lines of credit. Mixed is better, with revolving (credit cards), installment (car loans, etc) and mortgage if applicable. One of the best methods to increase your score is called "AZEO", or All Zero Except One. Keep all your cards at $0 balance. Use them, but only 20% or less. Then every month pay them on time and bring to $0. The 1 other card, charge 40% of the credit line. Then EVERY MONTH pay the balance down to 6% to 8%, no more, no less. Well, to finalize, Mike reviewed my current 3 reports. Due to an error on the part of major credit card company, I have a 30 day late 3 months ago. Mike tells me that if we add tradelines, they will have little to no benefit. Mike took the route of honesty. He could have easily recommended 1, 2 or 3 tradelines. Taken my money, up to $1500, and been done with it. No, Mike tells me to wait. Doesn't take my money (yet). How much more honest can they be? In short: WOW. Honesty. Willing to turn away a client for the clients good. Highly, highly recommend. I will be using them as soon as the error is off my reports. Thank you Mike.

Edith helped me with some preliminary information and scheduling our appointment with Michelle. Edith was very kind, caring, and professional and I really enjoyed our call!! The following week I spoke with Michelle, who gave me quotes and additional details regarding the policies. I also shared with her that we had some issues with our existing insurance company. I was waiting to see if they were going to resolve them first and if not, we would switch to State Farm. Michelle was absolutely wonderful!! She was very positive, enthusiastic, caring, professional, and very knowledgeable! And, she was very patient and didn't pressure me at all. It turned out that we weren't able to get resolution from the other insurance company and a few days later, I called Michelle back to setup our policies. The process was very smooth, quick, and efficient and we did it all over the phone. Michelle invited my wife and me to visit the office (when we had an opportunity) to put the face to the voice.
