During all my visits, I have always ordered the Ribeeye - this time I opted for the Tournedo, medium, with a side of corn rolls, smashed potato/bacon. It was delicious and cooked to perfection. The service is always steller too. I recommend reservations for the busy weekends. Now that summer is upon us, they have added plenty of outdoor seating. Being American Indian, I absolutely love the decor of old photographs, the name, the logo, the carvings of the chief head. The wine, Geronimo, is also very good. The presentation is always well done as well. We travel 2.5 hours one way to eat here in occasion. Its worth the trip. If you're an American seeking a delicious steak, this place does not disappoint.
