To get to the entrance, you have to park in the garage attached to the building and walk down. When we entered we were seated and given menus. The ambiance was so cool and very unique. it mimicked a train station in India, there were posters, lighting, accordingly. When I used the restroom I had to take a video- they even got the noise of a train restroom in India blasting in the restroom. When I ordered I specifically wanted mild food so I specified mild and the waitress explained it's already mild- when I heard that I knew I was in trouble because Indian food mild is spicy to me. I got the dahi puri which was spicer than my liking but flavored well. They also had some drinks and mocktails which look good but I didn't order. I marked this as a 3/5 because the customer service isn't the best, because we know Hindi I overheard a new staff waitress getting yelled at by the owner for messing up and didn't seem the most professional.
