Well serviced by Tram and conveniently located in Avenue Louise, I find this visa center quite easy to use, with lots of seating and the staff very friendly in person, even if their website for filling out forms wasn't as easy to navigate.
It's fairly straightforward - drop off applications in the morning, pick them up in the afternoon. If you have made errors in filling up your form, there is an Internet Kiosk and for €10 you get 30 minutes and a chance to fill out the form again. There is also a photo booth if your photo size is incorrect plus a photocopy machine for 25 cents a page (which was a lifesaver for me one day as didn't have copy of my ID card)
There are 4 counters, so it moves fairly briskly and plenty of seating if you need to wait. Also Loos around the corner, to the left corridor if u need to use facilities. Oh also one pro tip - as soon as you walk in, to the right is a small ticket machine - make sure you get your server number from here straightaway as otherwise someone else will get in line before you.
One other thing - these guys do NOT help you with the OCI application! That has to be dropped off at the Embassy. But fear not, if you make that mistake like I did, the Indian embassy is located only a 7 min walk away, thank goodness! read more
