During this time…read morethere were multiple extended periods without any response (including two periods of roughly three months each), three changes of project manager, several contract and invoice errors, and inaccuracies in the design/architectural plans (incorrect measurements, symbols, etc). As of today, a number of items remain unfinished or damaged. I'm attaching photos of some of these so readers can assess the work themselves. After six months without a reply, I informed the company that I intended to publish a review. I then received an offer to address some (but not all) of the outstanding items, conditional on further payment. When I asked for clarification on the amount, communication stopped again.

Terrible experience with Aist. They wrapped my furniture in cling film, even though they said they…read morehad packing materials. Several items were damaged. They seemed more concerned with speed than taking care with my items. When I complained the mover became aggressive, demanded a thank you and a tip, and tried to guilt trip me by saying the boss would fire people and how would I feel if someone did that to me. He also tried to say that items couldn't be dented without damage to the cling film, demonstrating by prodding at one of my items. I felt threatened with two men in my apartment being aggressive towards me instead of apologizing or giving me some kind of claim form. They also said they would arrange parking but clearly didn't. I feel ripped off and I think the good reviews are a sign that people with bad experiences were bullied into not leaving reviews. Never again.
