Brought it to Mr. Fred, he was really friendly, and he put cash money in my hand. It was an above satisfactory experience.

Instead of attempting to be nice or accommodating, we got more rudeness "well, this is very last minute." I can work with people who might have supply issues, but I'm not going to work to earn the right to buy from you; you should be working to earn my business. My father-in-law just lost his mother and we left after expressing our displeasure. If we got this much grief after one minute of interaction, we weren't going to put up with a longer customer relationship. They may have good flowers or displays, but it's not worth the bad attitude or service. Note: we just went to another place that is also dealing with lots of demand right now. They were completely nice in explaining the situation and that they'd do their best to get us beautiful flowers. This is how you deal with customers.

I found their entire staff to be outstanding and I want to give a special thank you to Robert Adams. I was in Houma about 3 weeks ago just for the weekend visiting family. I went to Blooming Orchid before it closed to purchase a floral arrangement for my dad's mausoleum. While waiting on the arrangement to be completed, my truck unexpectedly stopped on me while I was few blocks away. I called the store and informed the staff about my unexpected situation. I was disappointed thinking that I would not be able to purchase or receive the arrangement to be able to place it on my dad's mausoleum. Robert volunteered to meet me. He arrived and waited with me while a tow truck driver arrived to pick up my truck. He drove me back to the store to allow me to purchase the arrangement. Robert then drove me to my dad's mausoleum and personally assisted me with securely placing the floral arrangement on my dad's mausoleum. He then drove me to my family's residence in Gray. It was above and beyond anything I would have expected, and I will forever remember and appreciate the service I received. Thank you, Robert and thanks to the entire staff.
