The gentleman that did my refill was nice, did a great job and was quick, no issues. I was given a bottle of water. I also had a hand/arm massage and a hot towel after the refill. Not many places do these extra steps anymore, I love this. I then had a $40 pedicure that made my feet nice and soft and got rid of any hard skin with a foot massage. I loved it.
