He'll call me as soon as he's available whenever I ask him to call me via email. His email responses are mostly cryptic and straight to the point, and some folks may take that differently. But for us, we like his cut-to-the-chase, no-nonsense style. Without carrying on too much in this review, Venita Longley raised such a large issue about returning the $500 deposit, threatened to keep it with only one signature on the lease agreement (not fully executed), that I had to get my lawyer involved. Avoid this management company at all possible costs.
