I sent all three of my children to her daycare, and she was able to address the needs of my 7 month old infant, 2 year old toddler and 5 year old TK-er. I love the fact that my children stayed together and she had curriculum that she would teach to the older children. There are hands on learning activities and themes for each month that the kids just love. My children have grown into confident, loving and smart little people. Healthy food is provided for them. Pictures are sent daily along with updates on their day. It's so wonderful to have this peace of mind. If you have little ones that need care, it's truly a gem of a daycare and Kimberly is really wonderful at teaching and loving the kids. The kids have such great days, and love their teachers including Ms Cindy and Ms Ireland! Thanks for the great care T2B.

The teachers and staff are caring, patient, and dedicated. They were also very helpful during potty training which helped so much. Each morning, they check children's temperatures, which gives us parents peace of mind and shows their strong focus on health and safety. The school is very well organized with daily routines, activities, holiday events, learning programs, and strong parent communication. I always appreciated the progress reports and updates, showing how involved and attentive the teachers are. The environment is always clean, welcoming, and well managed, with consistent routines, rules, and food policies. Many teachers and staff have been there for many years, which speaks highly of the school's stability and management. A special thank you to Maria in the office (20+ years) and all the wonderful teachers my children have had, including Samantha (19+ years), Karen, Yatsiri, Nicole, and Lorena. I highly recommend this school to any parent looking for a clean, organized, loving, and trustworthy environment.

When defendant is Judged not guilty in a court of law. Equal Justice does not exist when dealing with a biased unjust system. As exhibited by Desert Sands Unified School District. A Judgement of not guilty is only something for DSUSD personnel department to blatantly ignore while giving each other another high five of how they do not have to follow any laws set forth by the Judicial System of the State of California when ignoring judgements made by a California Court. Where is the Justice when a Judgement by a court of not guilty is ignored. Equal justice does not exist when dealing with a biased unjust system. How much abuse of power or authority is allowed by people that are obviously corrupt when a District Attorney has to intervene and prosecute school board members and school administrators for their wrong doing after a grand jury makes a decision that something has to be done. That is a little more important than the questions that an electrician is asking that would not be asked if his ability to be allowed to find new employment after a layoff would have been allowed. Electrician had to go through court proceedings at his own expense in first two months after layoff with no income to help pay for any of it. To finally have a ruling of not guilty that should have cleared the way for him to search for another job with no encumbrance from prior employer. Instead even after a not guilty and all claims made by prior employer ruled to be erroneous with no merit. Desert Sands Unified School District personnel department continued their attack while ignoring that judgement. Prospective employers were provided with the same rubbish type information that had been used at that previous hearing where a ruling of not guilty had been issued and once again a year later that same identical set of accusations were once again presented at an informal mediation meeting that electrician had requested foolishly since only heard the same accusations being regurgitated again that had already been ruled upon as being ridiculous rubbish with a ruling of not guilty that should have cleared the way for employment with an organization where a little more honesty would exist where laws are followed by employer. That employment did finally become available with a highly respected electricians union that performs high quality work for school districts where those school districts appreciate their employees. All of this time and money that was wasted when requesting that mediation that could only be requested a year later that was also at my expense to pay for travel and lodging that once again was a considerable expense that is not recognized by people with little or no concept of reality as long as it is all free of charge to them while people providing their same regurgitated rubbish again over a year later had been well compensated while in their luxurious offices with no new allegations to present. That rubbish had already been ruled as nonsense by a California State Judge when a verdict of not guilty had been recorded legally and correctly. A comparison of transcripts can easily confirm these statements to be true and correct so there is no room for argument remaining about it not being the same regurgitated rubbish or nonsense that had already been ruled on with a verdict of not guilty by a California State Judge that Desert Sands Unified School District personnel department had been provided a copy of. So there is no excuse that Desert Sands Unified School District was not informed that their accusations were ruled upon. Since DSUSD had originally requested the court hearing in an attempt to show that their accusations were being made by people representing a school district that were dishonest with their only ability being that of giving each other a high five when harassing employees. Judge did not rule on Desert Sands Unified School District representatives lack of honesty but did rule that their accusations having no merit. With a ruling of defendant being not guilty of all accusations made that should have meant being able to seek employment where a profession requiring electrical skills would be appreciated. When a person does their job so well that they are not allowed vacation time each year as requested for the spring of the year each year for seven years consecutively so the person that is performing his duties so well is not allowed to take a two week break in Yosemite National Park where many law abiding people go to enjoy a little time away from the daily responsibilities that most people find to be necessary. Prisoners of war are treated better in my opinion. Judge ruled not guilty then not guilty judgement ignored by Desert Sands Unified School District to attempt to destroy electricians life due to no accountability.

I reached out to someone I really trust that is in the daycare community, I asked about Ms. Irma and her child care my source told me she is trustworthy, kind, and has a great program. We have been with All About Kids Child Care for 4 years, we love Ms. Irma and her staff! My son has grown so much and development in so many ways. He comes home telling us what he has learned. It shocks us sometimes that he retains what they are learning that month. Ms. Irma really worked with our son on his speech, I was worried because it was a bit delayed. After a few months he was talking more than ever. All About Kids Child Care is absolutely amazing!! We are sad to be leaving this year. We want to thank you Ms. Irma and staff for all that you have done, you have been a great teacher and friend. Thank you for taking care of our son and loving him, I always felt such peace leaving him in your care everyday!!!!

My daughter told me she was routinely told to 'just hold it' when she asked to go to the bathroom. I spoke with them about this and they said they gave her time to go, yet she still developed another bladder infection. She told me the second time that she *was* asking her teachers to go and they were still telling her to hold it. My older daughter confirmed this was happening. This was really upsetting and we left shortly after this point. Another incident that happened was bullying by one of the teachers Ms. Shama. She was very hard on my daughter who was struggling to learn her numbers in Kindergarten. It got so bad that my daughter started having nightmares about learning numbers. I was concerned enough to write a note to the teacher asking kindly to please understand she was still learning. My daughter later reported to me Ms. Shama refused to let her participate in any numbers or reading activities after that because she said 'your mom said you can't do any activities', which was of course not what I said in my note or in the quick f2f chat we had. I was really disappointed that an adult would treat a 5 year old this way.

Any school can teach your child to read, write and spell by age five but Montessori school also taps into your child's cognitive learning ability. This school is of the best schools in the desert. I had two children going there. They started at age 4 and by 5 years old they were doing phonics and encouraging them to read. Their math progress came naturally which is amazing because that is what Montessori schools tap into. Teacher-child ratio is small. Discipline, etiquette, manners are also important. They have dance, gymnastics, Spanish, art and theatre available. Parents and teachers are very close. Feels like a family! I highly recommend this school. We had to move and we were unable to continue with this school. My kids still attend a Montessori school in the "big city". I currently took my children to an elite private school and their entry evaluation results were above normal school level.
