Indoor Comfort arrived on time. Inspected the equipment in the attic as well as the heat pump outside. Cleaned and fixed some minor issues in the attic and replaced a part in the heat pump. Total cost $223. This is compared to the company that's been servicing the HVAC system for the past 10 years. They said everything in the attic was fine, but several parts of the heat pump needed to be replaced. If replaced it would cost about $5300. Or we could completely replace the heat pump at a price ranging from $8500 to more than $14,000. This is despite the fact that 3 months earlier they had said that all of the equipment was fine. Interestingly, when they said all was fine the heat pump was still covered under warranty. 3 months later the warranty had expired. This is what lead me to contact my neighbors who unanimously recommended Indoor Comfort. I whole heartedly recommend Indoor Comfort. read more
