Polite and went out of their way to accommodate our location. We have had two fires with this wood and it burns perfectly. We will order again and again.

First of all, let me start off saying that I have been going to Graf's for over 20 years and…read morealthough I have always thought that they were on the more pricey side, they had a nice selection, and the staff was always friendly. Unfortunately, this year I've had to make two separate trips to exchange 3 dead flowers. And as I'm writing this, all 4 of my black petunias that I also purchased have now died. On the morning that my husband and I went, we were the first ones there and as an experienced gardener, I noticed that the flowers were severely overwatered. I should've listened to my gut and not shopped that day. But we did and when we came home to plant our close to $200 worth of flowers we were very concerned about the condition of the flowers in the fact that my husband had to ring out most of them! This kind of overwatering is expected at places like Home Depot and Lowe's but not at a garden center full of supposed gardeners! I am not able to make a third trip anytime soon to exchange my 4 dead black petunias so now I am out about $25 dollars! All 8 flowers that died have all died within seven days!!! On my first trip to exchange the first 2 dead flowers, I was third in line to exchange dead flowers!! The staff called an older gentleman out to approve the exchange, and he looked at the flowers and said "it looks like we overwatered our flowers". You think? Do better Graf's!!

Lepley & Co. has become one of the most significant tenants, taking up a large storefront right near the entrance. The moment you walk in, you're overcome with great vibes and a welcoming atmosphere. Justin Lepley, who recently took over directing the marketplace as a whole, is an amazing human who also happens to be damn good at what he does. In addition to being a visionary florist (and having a grab-and-go plant section and fridge of pre-made bouquets), he also curates a fabulous selection of local goods, in addition to being a super charitable business owner in general. He even assigns names and pronouns to his in-house plant selection, demonstrating his values of being truly open to all and being an LGBTQIA+ advocate. Lepley & Co. has become a go-to spot for me when I am in the area and need a lovely local gift. On my most recent trip, I purchased 2 sets of wood-carved feminist earrings by a local maker (and a portion of the proceeds support women's reproductive rights). If you can't find it in Lepley & Co., you can't find it anywhere! They also host regular workshops between their multiple locations, so if you need a date idea, this is also a great place to look. I can't say enough wonderful things about this local business!

I ordered the premium large arrangement. What my daughter got wasn't even close! Tried to post pics but didn't work. The ordered vs the actual would be very clear.

We recently purchased a GE Refrigerator/Freezer from Home Depot (4066 Medina Rd, Fairlawn, OH…read more44333) which came with Free Delivery and Installation. Delivery and Installation was a joke. All that was done was to carry the appliance into the house and plug it in. The refrigerator was brought in as it was shipped by the manufacturer. This means that they did not install handles or shelving which was shoved inside the refrigerator in boxes. They would not install the water line because our shut off valve was not immediately behind the refrigerator. We called a plumber out and he thought this was crazy because we had a setup with a shutoff valve right below the refrigerator in the basement which he indicated was to code. He advised doing nothing and we should simply hook the waterline into the new refrigerator ourselves. The 4 refrigerator doors were totally covered with a blue protective film which was also tucked into the seams so it could not be removed cleanly. When I asked the delivery man about the protective film, his response was "do you expect me to spend my day peeling this off". My wife and I spent hours over 2 days trying to remove the film but are still left with blue film around the edges which we can't get totally out. If you look at the Home Depot website, they have a picture of delivery men carrying in a refrigerator very similar to ours that that has handles installed and no protective film on the appliance - FALSE ADVERTISING! We will never return to Home Depot again.
