Indulgence recently provided the hair and makeup for my wedding. I was planning from out of state, and was a bit worried about hair and makeup, since my trial wouldn't be until days before the wedding. We hit a few hiccups with communication and scheduling, but ultimately, Deirdre and her team made it all happen perfectly for my big day, and to me, that was the ultimate sign of their care and professionalism. Both my hair and makeup were just stunning - I never would have been able to do anything like that myself - and they also managed to create exactly what I hoped for. I was able to ask for tweaks after the trial to make it even more perfect for my taste, it all lasted for over 11 hours, and it was a blast getting it done with the artists. I'm disappointed. I reached out to Indulgence twice to see about getting in for my wedding. Once via email on their website and then phone message. It took them about a week or more to get back with me. They were available for my date, however I had to choose someone else for hair since it was getting close. Disappointing because Indulgence was what I wanted all along. They wouldn't work with another artist that I had chosen for hair. After that was settled and I moved on, I finally get another call from Indulgence, about 3 weeks later, from a gal who got my message haha. She was nice and all and I thanked her for finally following up but in reality I obviously would have appreciated a call between 24-48 hours from someone. It's just professional. My advice if you want to get new clients and keep a good reputation, please be more prompt about returning leads. Two stars because I got two nice phone calls back after all. Not more because I will recommend who I chose for hair and makeup. read more

I can not say how much I love this place. Not only do I exit looking gorgeous, I leave feeling cheerful. It is a calm and warm environment. I've had my hair colored, cut, blown out, you name it. I've had manis, pedis and make overs. I've had lash and brow tints, waxing and micro dermabrasion. And I have purchased many of their lovely products. Every service and product is exemplary. I am that person who thought: I don't need to get someone to do my hair and makeup for my wedding! I'll just do it myself or have a friend do it. Especially since I never wear makeup or really do much with my hair. Well, then I started reading a couple of lists of "wedding regrets" and people doing their own hair and makeup or having a friend do it (who wasn't a professional) topped a lot of the lists. I'm new to Bozeman and looked on Yelp for a new salon. Indulgence had decent reviews so I booked with them which turned out to be a mistake. Hair services are crowded in small upstairs room. The acoustics are poor, I left with a migraine. It was not a relaxing experience instead it was very rushed and impersonal. I was underwhelmed with my hair shaping and color. Exceptional and extraordinarily talented staff at Indulgence! Consistently top notch care, service & talent! Highly customer service oriented, and the entire staff is absolutely wonderful and extremely skillful. Deirdre & Meaghan did my makeup on separate occasions for a photo shoot, and they are just masterful at their art (I have never looked better ( !!! ) and my photos turned out beautifully). Anna was just incredible with styling my hair for the photo shoot. And Dana was exceptional at her facial skills. Nice and very quiet. Good pedicure. Reasonable manicure but I was underwhelmed. Still a better option than others I have tried in town.

My wedding planner recommended Deidre to do the makeup for myself and my bridal party for my destination wedding. I had gone out a few months prior to my wedding to do some on-the-ground planning and had my first makeup trial with Deidre then. I had scrapped my initial hair place the day before after a bad trial, and Deidre introduced me to one of the girls that had just started working with her doing special occasion hair. Deidre's calm nature and incredibly caring personality made me instinctively trust her and I left the salon booking her and her staff to do both hair and makeup for my big day, even without a hair trial. When I came back the week before my wedding, we did a second go-round of hair and makeup test runs, and I couldn't have been happier. She and her staff did the hair and makeup for me, my bridesmaids, mother and mother-in-law and everyone looked amazing.
