I filled out an intake form, and Leah gave me a hour long medical massage (the price point for a medical massage is between a swedish massage and a deep tissue massage). I tucked myself in between the sheets, and the sheets were heavenly. Some places you start face up, others you start face down. Here, we started face up. Leah asked me what type of pressure I liked. I like medium pressure to work out the knots. She gave me a fantastic massage with oils, and I asked for more time on my neck and shoulders, and she paid attention to those areas. I liked that afterward she explained to me the areas she found to be tight. Communication with a massage therapist is important to get what you're looking for. Also due to covid, we both wore masks.
