There are several people working there and they all opperate slightly differently so no matter what the prefeence, you'll likely find a therapist who works in a way you like. I enjoy the body treatments and the microdermabrasion treatments that are offered there plus I'm a regular for the biosculpture nails. It's just like having painted nails only the paint lasts 3 weeks without chipping, rubbing or crazing. I highly recommend gel nails - no extension, just gel over your natural nail! I'm a huge fan of this salon and I'm sure anyone would be with it's beautiful interior and professional salon atmosphere.

The building has three treatment rooms and a beauty area within the reception which are all professionally set out. Due to not having a dedicated receptionist you may have to call a few times to get through as staff will answer calls when they are between treatments so keep trying and you will get through. They offer waxing, massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, nail treatments all of the usual beauty treatments. They are very professional and they offer great advice for your skin type and are happy to offer free samples of products without giving a sales pitch with it. The prices vary depending on whether you go in the day or on an evening which is classed as out of hours and therefore you pay a premium so if you are going after 5.30-6pm be sure to check the cost. If you have vouchers for facials or other gift treatments they will charge extra if you go in the evening.

They had a special offer for April* (which they kindly allowed us to use, even though it is May) so I had a lovely Indian Head massage and a mini facial for £32. We also made use of the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room in the hotel. - Indian Head massage: Oh my goodness this was lovely! It was basically an upper body massage, but included plenty of time massaging my head. My hair ended up all oily, but it isn't too much effort to shower after the massage...I was so relaxed that I couldn't be bothered...so I went home with oily hair (!) - Mini Facial: It's always fun to have a facial, and I did enjoy this, although some of the products were a little ouchy on my face, so I was keen for them to be washed off asap (I have eczema, and although I told them, I guess the products were a teeny bit too harsh for my terrible skin.) Luckily I didn't have a bad reaction...so by the end of the treatment, my skin was lovely and smooth. Yay. * There is a similar offer for a massage/facial for £32 throughout the summer

However, at the end of 2013, there was a complete change of staff, and I have found them now very unprofessional and not very competent. The facilities are still as good as ever, but I have found the treatments disappointing, and the staff have no concept of customer service. Their monthly newsletter and offers are riddled with errors and when I phone to book appointments the staff are unaware of the offers they have released. I now go elsewhere.
