The counter service people were excellent, quick, and knew their stuff. They immediately explained all of the products they offer and booked a meeting with the account manager in a half hour's time. I went for a stroll around the block and when I came back the manager was very courteous and processed my application online while he was entering my information, handed me the account package and encouraged me to contact him if I had any questions. The next week my bank card came and although I'm not doing any transactions here yet, the statements have been arriving promptly, everything seems very well thought out and easy to understand and efficiently executed.
