I went in previously to check it out and it seemed OK and appeared to have a huge inventory. When I went in again recently to look at a few things including a nice Zippo lighter, I decided to buy it. I also got a few more items. When I got home and looked at the receipt, the only thing that was listed clearly was the lighter. All of the other items were not itemized and it was thrown together in a lump sum. I called them and questioned it because I felt like I was over charged. I also asked if I could return the lighter because I didn't want it. It was not used and still in the box. The guy on the phone said they have a no refund / return policy. He said it was on the receipt. I told him it was absolutely not stated on the receipt. I didn't see any signage stating that as well in the store. I understand consumable products might be logically subject to a no refund policy, but not the lighter. At that point I knew I was dealing with a sketchy business. Before the call ended he was obnoxious and called me - Karen. I called the other location to talk to the owner and I ended up talking to a clueless woman who didn't speak English. It's all beyond weird, pathetic and unprofessional. Let the Karma fairy deal with it.

My first visit the gentleman took the time to explain all my options on battery size to tank size and answered all my questions without any sign of annoyance. I purchased the smallest battery since it was the most slender even though he warned me about the short battery life. I did agree with and take his suggestion on a glass tank since plastic will pick up flavors and turn cloudy. My second visit about 2 weeks later was to look for something with a longer battery life. LOL Another gentleman explained my options to me again and he showed no sign of annoyance at my bouncing back and forth between wattages. they did not have the one I thought I wanted in stock, so I left to return another day. The recent visit was today (a week after the last) and again I had someone go over the battery life vs price with me. Again, no annoyance from either of the 2 I spoke with today and I eventually decided on a 40watt version. I planned to use the current tank, however with the longer battery life I will get from this new battery I plan to return to purchase a slightly larger tank. I don't know about changes in the juice concentration the other reviewer mentions as I have only purchased twice. Why do I plan to purchase from them ? 1. Well I couldn't help but looking at the dates this guy posted bad reviews not at one but two vape shops within miles of each other on the SAME day. Both of which were contradicting from one another.
