I originally asked him to mount the new tv I bought and a separate soundbar underneath the tv he mounted in the main bedroom for me several years ago. I ended up switching another tv around, mounting the soundbar to it in the bedroom and having the new 85 inch tv mounted in the family room. They arrived on time and completed everything within an hour I believe. Oh and get this - him and his peer wore booties on their shoes without being asked - they put them on and took them off every time they went outside the house to get some tool - now that is going above and beyond!!! Very professional and laid back - excellent service for a fair price I definitely recommend this company for any tv mounting job - thank me later!

This company was recommended via my neighborhood group. I googled the company and found their website and Yelp page. Website is very informative and helpful. I called to set up an appointment. I got the voicemail, so I left a message. Joel called back a short time later and apologized for not being reachable when I first called. We discussed my needs and set up an appointment for Saturday. He had earlier slots, but Saturday worked best for me. He texted when he was on the away and arrived in the initial time slot. Joel worked quickly and was very professional. I opted to have electrical sockets installed along with the TVs to hide all wires. I also had a tv and socket installed above a fireplace. He only took a few hours to complete the project. I am very pleased with all 4 of the mounted TVs. Price was reasonable as well. read more

They were able to get us in the next day due to a cancellation, they were respectful and speedy. We had a 75inch hung in a very tight spot. We got the tv on special and yes we did forget to get all the measurements, besides our big screw up they made it work and it turned out great. Amazing Service The reviews for Indy TV Mount are spot on. Joel was very efficient and responsive via email. On the day of our appointment, he called to let me know how far out he was and upon arrival used covers for shoes before starting to work. I got my TV & soundbar mounted above my fireplace with an additional electrical & cable outlet. I am so pleased with the outcome. Everything looks and works great. I'm strongly considering mounting another TV and when I do, I will be contacting Joel. Joel was very nice, professional and easy to book with and I will definitely be using his services again, if I ever need another TV mounted. He arrived on time, even a little early because he was in the area. Him and his partner wore shoe covers upon entering our home which I always appreciate. They hung two TVs, a 70 inch in the living room and a 55 inch in our upstairs loft and they look great! They look so nice and clean with NO wires showing. And they worked extremely fast. For months I stared at the fireplace in my new house trying to convince myself that I could mount my TV myself... Within minutes would realize that it was going to be a hard no on that. The cycle kept spinning until one day I decided to look into having a team come out and do it for me. I came across Indy TV Mount on Nextdoor and sent off an email. I got a response within a few hours and the next day I was booked with them. They were super responsive and once appointment day came they rolled up and did an amazing job. When I complained about it, I too was met with a very angry owner named Denny. Just a cussing and everything. He came back out and fixed everything, but it was a hassle. I paid $3400 to him for a large and small bathroom to fix them like new and I had to have it all redone 2 yrs later. The drywallers and painters are sub-contractors too, but the painters did a good job the first time, they had sharp lines and did a great job. But when they had to paint the second time, not so much. I think they were in a hurry and just did it to get out. Plus, he used Sherwin Super Paint in my bathrooms, instead of using a semi-gloss to help protect from moisture runs in the paint. After 2 yrs I had to repaint because it looked worse than before they painted. I had the water run stains everywhere in both bathrooms. Even the paint around all 3 tub surrounds was peeling. And the repairs to my ceiling was the exact same issue I had before they came (4 large nail pops in one section), they apparently did not do a very good job when they supposedly ripped it all out and redone that section. Also wish he would had told me Super Paint is one step above contractor grade paint and that I should have used something better. The new painters used Emerald semi-gloss. The painters suggested it and said Super Paint is garbage. I did not know at the time. Needless to say, this was the first and last time I used Fish.

My wife and I became customers of Indy TV Mount when we were moving from our apartment to our new house. The person who had installed the TV didn't leave us any contact information nor any way to get the TV off the rack he'd put up. I called Joel and his crew came out, removed our TV (with the help of some power tools) and even patched the holes that they did NOT make and cleaned up all the sheet rock dust. They transported the TV to the other side of Indy and mounted my TV in my office. It still looks perfect. Then, when it came time to mount our 65" ultra thin TV and install our home theater system in the living room, we called Joel up again. The guys came out, installed everything with no visible wiring and a perfect set up. I'm talking about a masterful job. My wife and I are thrilled with Indy TV Mount and will have them back in early next month to install yet another TV in our bedroom. Additionally, Indy TV Mount wear shoe covers and they clean up everything so well after the job that you can't tell they were ever there except for the awesome looking TV and theater system that now sit in/on my wall. It takes a lot to WOW me when it comes to customer service being in retail and all... Joel was not only early/on time but he was quick, efficient, and even educated me on what he was doing. He called me when he was on his way to my house and used coverups and his boots, which I thought was very professional. On top of the installation... he even saved me $200 of Best Buy merchandise and over $200 on install fee's charged by the geek squad. He said all of his installations include the tv mount and hdmi cables because the retail stores hugely mark up these items and he wanted to set himself apart from other companies by offering them with the install. Funny that the guy who delivered my TV suggested I look up an independent contractor/tv mounter on the internet cause even he knew I would be over charged thru geek squad. I will have to admit that not having an office address listed was the only thing that would have detered me from calling Indy TV Mount but I couldn't help but wonder could I get this job done for less... So I took a chance, and what a great deal... Thanks Joel... The TV looks great and I'm telling all my friends about Indy TV Mount! read more

Joel and Indy TV Mount are amazing. We just moved to a new home in Fountain Square and had 4 TV's to hang. 3 were 65 inches and it's not in my skill set to hang them well. We had one very difficult space that I wasn't sure how to handle. After I sent him pictures to review he asked if he could drop by and see it in person and based upon his recomendations we were able to significatly improve the layout to maximize the viewing experience. On his review visit we scheduled installation for a week out (his first avaliable) and he offered to put me on the cancel list when he saw how anxious I was to get them installed. He actually reached out over the weekend when a time slot opended up on Monday, arrived right on time, installed the TV's including adding wall outlets where necessary and it looks amazing! Two gentleman came, prior to working they put scrubs over their shoes. I had a 50in mounted above my fireplace. They centered it with a measure stick. After drilling & mounting they used a vacuum to sweep up wall crumbs. They put white plastic cover over my wires so it looks VERY NEAT & WELL DONE! : ) It blends with the wall. The mount was included with the service, only took about 40mins, they were on time. Joel was great! He also gave screen cleaner. VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The techs that came out to my house were incredible. Pricing was fair, they work quickly, are very kind, clean up messes, and they were very respectful of my home. They offered to wear booties and gloves while working if I wanted them to. They mounted my 77" with in wall wire hiding, outlet relocation and ran 3 HDMI cables and Ethernet cord. Joel was professional and courteous. At the end of the job he noticed something didn't quite look right despite multiple measurements/levelings. It turned out our mantle was crooked! He offered to redo the tilt to match the mantle, but we just decided to go with the true level anyway. Great job, would highly recommend. read more
