I was getting ozempic, then my insurance changed. they said no it won't go through, which it didn't. but for Wegovy it would and my insurance company told me this. and I asked if they'd try that, they refused. well my new doctor asked me why don't you take Wegovy? your insurance will pay for that it's a weight loss medication. and you need to lose weight. problem solved.!! easy peasy. see if these idiots would've listened to me I'd still be there. but I'm so happy with my new practice! never again, do not waste your time, money, with this office!!!! they don't have enough time for you.

At some point in out initial meeting she asks about any depression and in walks the doctor and two others who are not announced until later. I told the nurse I'm not comfortable answering that question with what is now 5 people in the room. She answers, well I have to ask this, it's part of the intake. I said I understand but I do not feels comfortable answering tat question with all these people in the room. A moment later she begins crying in hysterics and I asked her, are you alright? Then she walked out of the room. The doctor cleared the room so it was just him and I. I asked him directly, is she ok? He replies, oh she has some mental problems. Our consultation resumed as normal. At the end of the meeting the dr walked out and the office mgr walked in and blatantly accused me of making her staff worker cry. I was taken aback by this because I didn't do anything except speak up for myself. I felt threatened by further accusations so I left to avoid escalation. Before I left I explained to her that there were three other people in the room that witnessed the whole thing why don't you ask them what happened. Don't take my word for it. But she for some reason was unwilling to discuss it with them. Well, then I can't help you. That was the most bizarre doctor's visit of my life. Very unprofessional. Not to mention the two unannounced people in the room were a clear HIPPA violation.

Now i am dealing with a arotic aneurysm and just had an MRI there due to insurance resaons. They got back to me and told me to contact them. I reached out and they told me they had no MRI records and that i had lost all my PENN records that they had collected over the last 6 years. I was then rudely told that they didnt loose them but i was incorrect. She didnt see them so they must not have ever been there she told me that wasnt the case "becasue they had no records of it". I tried to tell the lady that if they lost it there would be no record and she could not comprehend this. I aksed to speak with someone else and was told i coldnt. I would have to wait until next week for a call back. What a horrible place. Make me scared to have anything done there. I think i would be dead if they had treated me for cancer. Please use PENN main campus if you need anything more then a bandaid. Oh and they had to call for a Dr phone number becasue they couldn't figure out how to look it up.

At the time I first saw him I was 14 (now 16) and this was the first time I had ever gotten professional help for my mental illnesses. I went to see a therapist at his office and bc I was extremely depressed anxious and it was taking over my life. The therapist I was seeing recommended I see him and be put on some sort of antidepressant. It took over 4 months to get the initial appt. He put me on lexapro and didn't check up on me for 3 months. At our 2nd appt. I told him I hated the lexapro and I didn't feel like it was doing anything but bringing me down; so he upped the dosage. Immediately after I started the higher dose I noticed it was making me sick and constantly feel like I was going to faint. After a week of that I called him to let him know and he switched me to prozac. But, he did NOT ween me off of the 20mg of lexapro that I was taking. Thus, the prozac made me extremely ill and my suicidal thoughts only got worse along with my anxiety. When I went to call him he had a family emergency and had no one filling in for him for almost 3 weeks!!!!!! So after almost a month of suffering with no medicine and no answers he finally got back to me and put me back on lexapro, but in liquid form. (In hopes it wouldn't make me sick). At this point it was the end of July and I hadn't actually seen him since the beginning of June. After many months (October) I finally saw him again and told him I was doing worse and didn't like the medicine and wanted to try a new one. So, all he did was up the dosage. Things continued to get worse and worse. I had no energy, extreme anxiety, my muscles ached, awful suicidal thoughts, no interest in anything, I couldn't even go to school. At the end of December I got admitted into the Horsham Clinic. There they provided me with a new psychiatrist and for the first time my doubts about Dr. Hartman were confirmed. Since I was only a 15 yo girl and this is the first doctor I'd ever seen I had no idea how wrong he had been treating me. Seeing a young patient (who is experimenting with new meds) every 3-4 months is unacceptable along with the awful communication, and not weening me off of lexapro. Dr. Danish (the psychiatrist at Horsham Clinic) put me on a low dosage of effexor which I started Jan 1 2016. I saw Dr. Hartman in February and at this point I had just been released from Horsham and was not doing well at all. I made SURE to tell him in detail exactly how terrible I was feeling. I was extremely suicidal, so anxious that I couldn't keep any food down, no energy, no concentration, painful achey muscles, and just not me at all. I had also made major life changes to insure I was doing everything I could. A better diet, exercise, meeting with a therapist weekly, removing toxic people from my life, and switching from a public high school to online. His response? Higher dosage of effexor and a blood test (where they took 11 viles of blood from me). Here I am April 25, (over 2 months since the initial test) and he has said absolutely nothing to me. Even though my brother has gone to him for the past 5 years and has had appt since then. He hasn't even uploaded the results on LapCorps website. This is the last straw and I will be seeing NOBODY from his office ever again. I saw 3 therapist there and they provided me with no help, only worsening my problems. He is incompetent and I am very angry and disappointed. Hartman does not care about his patients, only wants to shove drugs down your hole and if give him any suggestions he will NOT listen to them. Luckily I have a new psychologist who I love and am in the process of finding a new psychiatrist. If you love yourself/ your child you will not look for help from Hartman. Side note - his appts. are 7 minutes long at most and all he ever wants to do is up the dosage regardless of what you tell him.

I have been looking for a friendly, kind and professional doctors office for years now and can…read morehappily say that I have found those three things while being a patient at Dr. Keith Sadels office. The reason I gave four stars is because occasionally the front desk ladies in the office are not rude but also not always super friendly or seem happy but the overall practice and my Doc is wonderful and the reason I keep coming back. They respect your time, you as a person, and are truly interested in helping you.
