Now that my girls are not participating at Infinity Dance Studio any longer I feel comfortable leaving an honest review. My girls really did like their time at Infinity for the most part. For younger children and for recreational dancers I think that it can't be beat - we tried other studios years ago and they never felt as comfortable in any as they did at Infinity. They had a lot of fun, especially in tap and jazz, and the recitals are wonderful to participate in and watch. Mine did end up doing some of the competitive level dancing and that is where I found issues. It's very cliquey, not so much with the children/teens, but with the teachers. There are some very talented dancers who have competed with Infinity for years and they definitely take precedence over other dancers. I understand why this happens, however, when you speak with other parents you certainly see that when dancers who are not in this particular group make a competitive team they: Are moved towards the back of the dance and ignored Are asked to stay in a lower level of a comp team for "more practice" until next year...then never moved up In my time there I witnessed many parents moving their children to different studios so that they were pushed to the next level and did not remain stagnant. It's disappointing to see your children trying so hard to advance themselves but not having the teachers push them or give them constructive criticism/feedback. I think this could be a great studio if the teachers and the owners were willing to really work with all students, and not just the "star" dancers. It's too late for mine but I hope they take this feedback to heart. read more

I had to write a review for our dance studio that we absolutely love! Miss Jen has such a way with the little kids that my daughter has looked forward to every class since the 1st one almost a year ago now. The value is really good for the quality of lessons that they receive, and most importantly she has so much fun and enjoys class. There is a very welcoming and positive atmosphere for all of the dance members to feel comfortable. We've had such a positive experience from communicating with staff through email and staying in-the-know with pertinent studio information from the start. The studio staff are also very informed and good at organizing all of the many details that go into putting on an exceptional recital. I'm so glad she is part of Infinity. My 2 daughters are going here for hip hop and jazz, teachers love kids, they have so much fun. Also we are enjoying the recital every year. Now they have grownups drop in class, I have been taking classes, so much fun! They have hip hop and ballet for adults drop in as far as I know. read more

Dear Jordana Grunder or Michele Colella or the other Owners of Infinity Dance Studio,​ I am writing to formally express my serious concerns regarding the treatment of my child by Miss Jennifer in her dance class. On two separate occasions, I personally witnessed my child being isolated from the rest of the group during class. Miss Jennifer instructed her to stand at the back of the classroom and merely observe the other students dancing. I also attended today's class and, to my dismay, saw the same thing happen again. I cannot understand why my child is being treated differently--could it possibly be because she is Asian? My child enrolled in this class to learn how to dance, not to stand and watch others dance. We have paid the same tuition as every other student, and we expect equal opportunities and respect. I question Miss Jennifer's role as an educator--shouldn't a teacher support and encourage students instead of excluding them? This treatment is unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund of the tuition we have paid for this month, as my child has not received the instruction or respect she deserves. I also urge you to look into this matter seriously, as this may reflect broader issues of discrimination that should not be ignored.  I look forward to your response and to seeing appropriate action taken. We went in for a trial class for my then-3 yr-old and the rest was history. Jordana really goes above and beyond for her studio. There are no words that can express the lengths she and the staff will go, especially when COVID hit. The teachers are professional and extremely amicable. They know how to teach the right technique needed for any striving dancer whilst guiding them with so much heart and soul. We love Miss Tiffany and Miss Jordana. They created videos and zoom classes that kept my little one on track with ballet and tap. She didn't miss a beat (pun intended). Once it was safe, they had classes outside while keeping strict guidelines in check. During the year, they have holiday themed classes sprinkled throughout that add extra fun to practices. There is so much value you receive when joining Infinity dance studio, so much so we commute from San Francisco to continue going there. It's one thing to sign your child up for lessons but it's another thing to have them want to stick to them. My daughter looks forward to coming to class every chance she gets. And that in itself is where the passion grows. She is learning not only how to push herself in the art of dance but she is also experiencing lifelong friendships and community. My daughter and I love Infinity Dance Studio so much! Jordana is the an amazing studio owner as well as friend and supports each one of her dancers. During the 2 years that Emmi has been there competing, I've watched her grow so much as a dancer. The teachers and parents are absolutely amazing. We're all one big dance family who is so supportive of each other. My daughter is 10 and takes any class she can in her age level. At first she wasn't the biggest fan of tap, but Ms. Tiffany worked so hard with her and challenged her. Tap is now on her top 2. Miss Jessica helped Emmi find her passion in lyrical. Ms. Jessica finds out your child's interest and creates the most beautiful choreography. She loved it so much that she'll finally be doing her lyrical solo on stage next month! Emmi also loves jazz, contemporary, ballet and hip hop. I have been there today on trial class. Kids are from 8 to 12 years old. The class lasts only for 45 minutes. Really? They are not toddlers already. My 3 years old son has gymnastic class that lasts 45 minutes. For him it is fine, but not for 9 years old kids. When I asked them why it is only 45 min, they were pretty honest, they said that they try to match as match classes as possible in their schedule. Basically they want to save money and kids suffer. Also they have up to 20 kids in one class and very small room. No need to bring your kids to this place, just don't waste your time and money, search for some other place. read more

This review is a bit overdue as our little one has been here almost 2 years now. She absolutely loves Infinity! Miss Tiffany is wonderful and you can see her passion for what she does. It's not easy teaching several preschool classes back to back on a Saturday. She is unphased by it and has so much energy and patience! The teachers assistants are also fan favorites! The recital is so much fun and has contributed to our little one having so much confidence! This is a family run operation and you can tell by the warmth when you walk in. Families get to know each other in the lobby and we've made some great friends through dance. Jordana, the studio owner is so kind and engaged. We look forward to dance saturdays and ours always wants to do more at Infinity! The price point here is also very manageable compared to several other places. I have two young daughters and wish I had never chosen such a dirty and mismanaged dance studio. Truth be told, it was the closest place to my home. What I found was a gross rundown one room studio. At the Spring/Summer 2017 rehearsal recital parents were expected to wait outside for 3 plus hour. No parents allowed in the theatre during rehearsal. Parents of preschoolers were allowed to watch their little ones, then yelled at several times by different staff. Apparently some staff didn't read the email that went out to all parents telling them they could be in the theatre for dress rehearsal. We were shuffled around by various divas claiming to be in charge. As a school psychologist in the area, I would not recommend this place for any child. read more

Great neighborhood studio! You can tell the teachers care about the students and it feels like a big family. I have 2 girls and they love coming to dance class and also see their friends! They both have learned so much over the past few years and I keep seeing improvement in both their dance and listening skills. I found this dance studio after exhaustive research and numerous visits as I like to be as informed as possible before putting my children into a class. I don't mind trialing a bunch of classes for myself but it's hard enough to get my girls to a regular class sometimes much less a new class that is unfamiliar. The first thing I liked about the studio was the owner, Jordana. Some dance studios come across as very strict/regimented and not very friendly. Why would I want my girls in a dance studio where the first impression is so chilly? Nope. So, I was instantly taken with Jordana who is very warm, friendly and accommodating. I had a lot of questions - I always have a lot of questions. She was so patient and understanding. My big thing is trying to keep the girls in the same class as it's so difficult to fit extracurricular activities into a busy schedule and I do not have the patience to spend hours at a class, especially if it involves trying to keep a young child occupied with a small baggie of goldfish crackers, discarded magazines and the contents of my purse. There was a class that allowed me to do so at the right time although my youngest was a bit on the youngish side. Jordana was kind enough to allow my daughter to stay after she successfully made it through the first class. Even though she is now really old enough to be in the class, she still does not like going across the floor by herself and the teachers are patient. I also liked how comfortable the studio felt. It was parent friendly unlike some of the studios where you are either sitting in the back of the actual dance studio (read, "mommy, I have to go potty"; "come sit by me"; "can I sit by you"; "I don't want to do this", etc.) or there is no sitting area at all. There is roomy sitting area where I can catch up on all the magazines I don't have a chance to read during the day. I should touch on the quality of the instruction. Jordana and the ballet teacher are great. You can tell by observing that they are dancers and have a lot of skills to impart and provide a solid foundation for the future dancers. Finally, I'll just note that the children were also very welcoming with my girls and made them feel instantly comfortable. read more

I just started my daughter here and she loves it. I really like the staff and the owner is always present which makes me believe it's more than just the money. They have so May classes to offer like tap, jazz hip hop and more..... They have Zumba for adults which is great for stay at home moms. My daughter has attended Infinity Dance studio since she was 2 1/2. She is now 6 and has loved every class. The studio has a laid back feel and is welcoming. All the teachers we have had have been so kind, encouraging and great at giving feedback. We even moved 40 miles away but won't even think about changing our favorite dance studio!
