The campaigns Bill sold us he over promised and under delivered. Actually there was no delivery at all. 2. Our cost per lead for the Google campaign was around $119. The cost per lead of the FB campaign was in the mid $50's. We were promised the cost per lead for all of the campaigns was going to be between $20-30. 3. Tragically almost all of the leads the campaign generated were fake or non-existent phone numbers. So our real cost per lead was actually a lot higher than $119 and mid $50's since the leads were not real 4. We lost a lot of man hours following up on the fake or non-existent leads. Very frustrating. 5. I reached out to Bill multiple times and he was nowhere to be found and he didn't return my calls or reply to my emails. 6. Bill finally did reach out to me to tell me he was going to shut down my website and landing page if I did not pay for the month of March. I refused to pay any more money to TAG until we figured out a plan of action moving forward to decrease the cost per lead. 7. I wanted to pay my bill to square up my account but I was not going to do that until we had a meeting to figure out what was wrong with the campaigns and why we weren't getting quality leads. Bill's response to this was to send me threatening emails saying he was going to take my website and landing page down along with the campaigns if I didn't pay. 8. I reached out to my account manager on several different occasions and he did not return my calls or emails. 9. Bill then sent me an email saying I was not allowed to talk to my account manager unless I paid for the next month. 10. Bill threatened me via email to take my website down if I did not pay him. I communicated with Bill that I was happy to pay him once we had a meeting and figured out a plan of action moving forward. After Bill sent me the threatening email to take my website down he did not respond to any of my phone calls or emails. Bill then took my website down with no communication on his part. 11. Unfortunately with no website for the month of March we have had the worst new client acquisition March in the 34 year history of our gym. 12. Since Bill did not respond to my repeated calls and emails I opted to cancel the agreement. 13. We reached out to TAG at the beginning of April and had a conversation with Stacy Lyles. Stacy asked me for money repeatedly. We told her we were canceling our account and we wanted our website back. 14. As of April 9th we still don't have our website back from TAG. We are now forced to build a new site due to TAG illegally transferring ownership from us to them. 15. When we had initially signed up we were told verbally either party could cancel with a 30 day written notice. 16. Bill is now threatening to sue me if I don't pay. 17. In closing we agreed to $3,500 in monthly billing for the advertising campaigns. After going back and reviewing my billing with TAG they were charging me $4,135 monthly instead of the $3,500. 18. All in all it has been a nightmare. These people are crooks. I will be reaching out to the Attorney General and the BBB. Be careful who you do business with!!!

We spent over $15,000 with them and never had our website completed, didn't have our social media properly monitored to name a few. We tried to work with TAG amicably and held strategy calls to ensure we stayed on track and received the services we were paying for. Our biggest issue was when we voiced our concerns or showed them where they were not meeting the minimum requirements we were told it was because we were either delaying the process or making too many changes. The changes we were making were corrections we had to make due to poor note taking, implementation, and choices TAG made after we went through detailed strategy calls. For instance on our first website landing page draft. After several weeks of waiting we received very basic clip art pictures for a background. We were expecting more from TAG and believe that they oversold us on what to expect and what they would help us with. To this day almost 10 months later we have not seen any increased revenue or traffic from TAG. Again we spent over $15,000 to receive 0 new members. The ROI for what we spent is more than disappointing it's almost impossible yet it still happened. We asked TAG to prove that they fulfilled the contract 100% as described meeting the minimum requirements and if they could prove they met the minimum requirements we would be open to discussing further. Some of what we received were e-mails offering an expense paid vacation for the mishaps and to try and customer service the issue. The vacation was not what we wanted. We wanted either our money back or for them to fix the issues and deliver on their contract. All we received were e-mails pointing the finger at us or lengthy e-mails avoiding showing and proving what they actually did. At the end of the day we paid them for services outlined in a contract and to this day we still have not seen any increased revenue or traffic.
