I mentioned the parking in front of the building was for bank only, so where would she suggest we park. She said if we "wanted to risk getting towed we -could park in front, up to me." I obviously didn't want that, so where do I park??we eventually parked and walked over from the old Sears. I think they don't have parking and don't want to be held liable. If you suggest getting dropped off I could have done that. Mr. Nakamura, himself, knows his stuff and takes and explains questions with ease. It's everyone else in either office that I find extremely frustrating to deal with on any given day. We are in our 2nd decade of working with them, but maybe it's time to look elsewhere for a team that better meet our needs with a higher level of professionalism and empathy.
