If I could give this place a zero I totally would. Not only was the lady extremely rude that started doing my nails. She drilled my nails too deep, and I asked her politely not too. She then started talking crap in her language, got up and refused to do my nails. She continue to talk and I asked her if she can speak in English because I know what she's saying. She said no I continue to talk. At that point I felt extremely mistreated. It wasn't until I called my mom to speak to the employees in Vietnamese when they finally started being nice. If you're looking to be treated equally no matter what this is not the place. I also asked for regular polish because honesty child polish is ridiculous in price. Tom gave me gel polish anyways. At that moment, I just really wanted to get whatever and leave But within hours it started peeling. I had to pay $50 for gel polished that I originally did not want. However, Tom does have a good personality and customer service skills. I think he was a little shook up about what happened his self or could've done it on purpose. We don't know. read more

I made an appointment. Thinking that meant something,, then waited 40 minutes... don't make appointments if you don't honor them.. Then the two nail technicians were guys who looked like they just got off work from a construction site. It was the worst mani pedi ever. The gel nail polish came off the next day. W Nordstrom prices- you book online with your fav nail tech. You show up expecting to get that person .... Wrong. You get someone who has no clue. All while you see the person you booked doing something else. The polish is cheep and the dip counter to crumble offf... you go back to ask for them to fix it and suddenly they ALL act like the can't speak English. Ridiculous.... The price sheet on the counter said nail removal service was $10.00. When I checked out I was as charged 15.00 to have nails removed. I know plenty of other nail salons that only charge $10.00 to remove nails that are just as nice. I don't know if the price sheet wasn't updated, or if I was over charged but either way I'm not going back. $5.00 isn't a big deal, but when a price is quoted as an amount on the sign in sheet, it should be honored at the register. Let me preface this review by stating that the rating is heavily influenced by the service. I called ahead to see if I could do a walk-in for a gel manicure and a classic pedicure. They said yes, so I went in. The wait time was minimal. I filled out a sheet indicating the services I wanted and made sure to clearly and boldly write my last name so they knew I was Vietnamese (lol). My nails, both hands and feet, turned out okay--not bad, but nothing extraordinary either. The technician who did my pedicure didn't have a name tag, so I don't know her name. However, she was helpful in grabbing the color I wanted and was reassuring throughout the process. I believe the lady who did my gel manicure was named Nancy. I had a specific color combination in mind and repeatedly told her I wanted a more neutral tone. She kept asking if I was sure. She started filing my nails without asking what shape I wanted, but fortunately, they turned out okay. My main issue was the side talk. Nancy had a lot to complain about to the other technician doing my pedicure, talking about the customer next to me and bad-mouthing what I assume were other workers. By that point, it was too late to let them know that I understood Vietnamese. I didn't want them to mess up my nails, so I stayed quiet, but it was quite uncomfortable understanding everything they said. When they finished, the pedicure technician said she would be back but left right after I paid. I split the tip and asked Nancy to give part of it to the other technician. The pedicure technician told Nancy in Vietnamese to put on my sandals for me instead and ran off without acknowledging or thanking me for the tip. I love supporting my community, but this experience made it challenging. I may return, but I will definitely try someone else next time. read more

My daughter and her friend went in for services, 326$ and 3 hours later they look like they shaped play-dough over chicklets and called it art. Came in to get it fixed and they decided to just place more acrylic down again INSTEAD of removing the nail, buffing, etc. They will cut corners. We had the best experience at Infinity Nail Bar! I loved how easy it was to make an online appointment for myself and my daughter! I got a text confirmation and reminder which was really nice! We were celebrating my daughter's birthday and she got a kids manicure and pedicure! Lily was so sweet to her and treated her so special, all of the staff kept wishing her a happy birthday! It was so nice! The manager, Johnny, kept coming over to check in on us, and made sure my daughter was comfortable with her pillows since she was so little in the pedicure chair. I got a Royal Pedicure and it was amazing! I felt so relaxed and pampered! Mary did a lovely job and I enjoyed a very firm leg and neck massage from her. Let me start off by saying I've never had to have a wait time here and my nails never take more than an hour and turn out beautiful. Pros: got us in quickly, very nice, clean and pretty place, very fast, decent finished produce Cons: I got a cuticle trim with dip, and they did not soak my cuticles, just started quickly trimming and she cut 3 of them on one hand, leading to a little bleeding and soreness the next day. I wish they took their time and were more gentle on my cuticles. My classic pedicure felt a bit rushed; leg massage for the I got was also so gentle/nonchalant it didn't feel like a massage at all and they barely scrubbed/exfoliated my feet, so my heels still look a bit dry even the next day which I have never experienced after a pedicure. The nail tech was an older woman, very nice. The chair wouldn't go far enough back for her (I'm 5'8"), she continually nicked my cuticles and at one point she straight up cut my big toe. She couldn't get the bleeding to stop so she just painted the nail while it was bleeding. She cut to far down on the side of the same toe and it's now infected. The paint job was also terrible. I left in tears...I rarely get to get a pedicure and had been looking forward to it, only to have such an awful experience. The lady running the desk offered 10% off, and wanted the lady that did the damage to "clean it up", I said no and left. I had to removed the polish when I got home to treat the cuts and now the infection. read more

Unfortunately I would not recommend this place. My adult daughter got a mani/pedi with designs on the mani, and ended up spending $160. The manicurist was very rude and did a very poor job. It was bad service. My daughter tried to ask for a very simple design of flowers to avoid a Pinterest fail type job. They charged her quite a bit extra for the design and They came out so bad. (See pics) After leaving and more discussion I decided to take the pictures back and quietly talk to the owner. I knew that other people had enjoyed this place and so I wanted to give them opportunity to rectify. I told him about the manicurist, how rude she was, and showed him pictures of how it looked. He said that the job that was done was "so bad" and that he wanted to redo it all for free. I told him that my daughter had gotten the large packages and he insisted they wanted to redo everything and there would be no cost. And that it would be completely free. My daughter was embarrassed that I had went back but after a couple weeks finally she decided to take them up on their offer. I decided to go with her and after we arrived the owners wife came over and said that she was going to redo the nails. I let her know that I had talked to the owner and he had insisted he would redo her entire treatment. They just wait until we were there so that they can redo the paint job. They did not even redo the whole manicure. Just the gel nails. Then the Owner came over and talked to me quietly seeing that I was disappointed after I decided not to get my nails done at all while I waited for my daughter. He whispered to me that he thought it was just a misunderstanding but it definitely was not. He said over and over that he was going to redo everything for free for her. She was embarrassed and did not even want to go back but I had talked her into it and then when we get there they changed it. Just disappointing. Added after owner's response- I am sorry I don't like to give negative reviews. This may be my first. Nobody ever mentioned to me any time limit or policy or anything like that. I was just told that repeatedly that they would we do everything for free. I clarified with him because I was surprised and he wanted to give her her whole birthday treatment over again. We were never greeted never asked for a beverage my nails were rushed and not stiletto at all also my daughters nails we supposed to be galaxy done nails they didn't want to do designs in her finger nails complained the entire time. My daughter had to go to the restroom and I asked the lady where it was she didn't even acknowledge me to let me know where my daughter could go.
