The bedroom closets he installed with the 'push to open' have broken. He does not stand behind his work. All he does is create change orders and charge more. What started as opportunistic marketing has led to my receiving weekly phone calls, often multiple per week, for years on end. These people call me more than my spouse and parents combined - and we are close. The message has always been the same: Hi, this is [redacted] with Engage. I've been trying to reach you regarding your website that is professionally managed by a 3rd party. Google pointed out a few things that were not up to date. We can offer 2 free months and a SEO revamp. Whenever you have a chance, please call me at 954-419-5061 so we can see if it makes sense for you. The sheer amount of spam shows their acceptance of being predatory. I have gone every route I can think of, from politely declining their calls, answering with requests not to be contacted, and even checking that my number was on the do-not-call list (it is). I have reported spam, filed complaints, and nothing has changed. Beware of this company, for there is no respect, even for a potential customer. Stay away, do not give any details about your contact information. If you receive a scouting call, I'm sorry. You will be left checking your phone, worried it may be an emergency, only to find it's just this vampire of a marketing strategy, ready to suck you dry. Unlike vampires, though, I didn't invite this company inside. Steer clear and choose a different web hosting option. In fact, I wouldn't even recommend getting a quote or asking questions.
