I can be picky, so I had checked designs and costs with other sign companies prior, but didn't get the personal touch or people who treated me like my project was the most important one at the moment. So it was a no brainer that I would go back to them again as my first choice. Still have the 34-year old car. This time was for two projects: a commercial sign repair and another personal design. For the commercial one, they had to try and match the current signage that was over 30 years old and the material the characters was made out of was no longer available. They went over and above to get as close as possible by contacting other companies that could produce a similar material. The personal one was a generic decal I had purchased over 10 years ago that had cracked and faded. The decal was no longer available. Band 9 designed a new one. They also went above and beyond by coming to my house and installing it on a 19-year old vehicle. You can't put a price tag on good customer service and followup. It's all about being treated like you are not just another number. Nothing is perfect, but how you are treated and how you treat people in return is everything. Patience.
