The area is really beautiful, with lots of gorgeous historical buildings. I arrived a early, and was able to find a handicap parking spot right on the corner near the theater. Parking can be a challenge , but there are some lots in the area to provide extra parking. I ran into some people that I had met at previous concerts, and we chatted while we waited for the doors to open. The entrance and the box office are up a flight of stairs, so the ADA entrance is an elevator to the left side near the stairs. We waited here, and they escorted us up to the checkin area just before the general crowd was admitted. The theater is beautiful, with seating on the main floor at the back and in the balcony. We were in the ADA section on the right side. It's not raised, so you do have a little bit of a blocked view of the stage. Sound and lighting were great, which is good because some older venues have issues with the sound especially. I really the Nothing More show, and the openers were good too, which is a bonus. There is one small concessions on the concert level. Everything else is downstairs on the ground floor. Restrooms, larger bar, and merch for concerts are all here. ADA access is from that same entrance elevator on the left side, and there's a hidden women's restroom near the elevator. I will definitely be back, when there's an important show that's worth the trip to Riverside.

The space is large, but one thing that stands out is how dusty the theater seating is. It's visibly noticeable, even in the dark. The building is pretty on the outside, and it's not bad inside. They don't have their own parking area so you have to park at one of the many different businesses nearby, or the parking garage behind the Mission Inn.

The venue is beautiful and spacious, our group was about 50 people so we were only occupying about half the space. The beautiful dance floor pops and stands out. The food was good and plentiful, they also had a fruit bar & coffee & pan dulce station for us. We opted for a cash bar but you can opt to pay for open bar as well. The Photo Booth was a great add on. Everything was great but it was the service and friendliness of the staff & owners that made our party a huge success.

We rented out the event space at the Eastvale Staybridge hotel for a post funeral luncheon…read more The venue was actually quite beautiful and it's obviously pretty new. The lighting was nice, the window were floor to ceiling and the view was nice. Our family opted for the pasta bar and the food was also good! It came with caesars salad, delicous chicken and the pasta had a red and white sauce option, both were delicious. Their team was on top of it, keeping everything clean, organized and filled. I have to admit there were some glitches with the audio video system which caused quite a bit of disruption - it would be nice if they had someone trained to help trouble shoot at the event so the attendees didn't have to spend time working on it. There were 2 beautiful screens on the 2 sides of the room and in the center was a jumbo screen, one of the biggest I've seen in an events space, it was impressive. I've done quite a bit of events and hope their "plug and play" is fixed and their team is trained to handle trouble shooting during the event. The mic also didn't work - and everything worked the night before so just a heads up that we did enjoy this venue but this one matter caused a bit of chaos. Other then that, the team was on top of it. They were very friendly. Restrooms were clean. Parking was easy. The venue is located on the backside of the hotel with plenty of parking.

There's a beautiful Victorian home in the middle surrounded by much green lawn and the bride for the wedding we attended rode up on a horse and carriage. Where do I even start... this place completely surpassed our expectations…read more About a year ago when we first toured the venue, Desiree scheduled our visit and walked us through everything we needed to know about booking. What stood out immediately was that she never tried to push or sell us on anything. At several other venues we visited, we felt pressured right away, but that was never the case here. Instead, she simply provided us with brochures, menus, and helpful information about packages and vendors and told us, "It's your day -- make it personal. You tell us what you want." That approach alone sold us. We booked the venue a year in advance, and throughout the planning process the team was incredibly supportive. Even when a few things changed along the way -- like DJ adjustments, officiant changes, and other small details -- they worked through everything with us and made the process feel manageable. We're truly grateful for that. We made several appointments with Elvia our decorator who is an absolute gem and went above and beyond ensuring that our colors and placements and every small detail was tended to and we were absolutely happy with how she put things together! We had our wedding last night, and we want to sincerely thank Desire, Josie, Elvia, Melissa and Nichole the floor captains, David the bartender, Desmond and his security team, and the busser Ryan. Their planning, execution, professionalism, and friendliness did not go unnoticed by us or by our guests. I want everyone reading this to know that weddings and events take planning and all these wonderful people working here need from you is communication. When you don't have that, don't be surprised when things are missing or if theres confusion. It's not the venues fault.
