The venue is beautiful and spacious, our group was about 50 people so we were only occupying about half the space. The beautiful dance floor pops and stands out. The food was good and plentiful, they also had a fruit bar & coffee & pan dulce station for us. We opted for a cash bar but you can opt to pay for open bar as well. The Photo Booth was a great add on. Everything was great but it was the service and friendliness of the staff & owners that made our party a huge success.

The space is large, but one thing that stands out is how dusty the theater seating is. It's visibly noticeable, even in the dark. The building is pretty on the outside, and it's not bad inside. They don't have their own parking area so you have to park at one of the many different businesses nearby, or the parking garage behind the Mission Inn.

The area is really beautiful, with lots of gorgeous historical buildings. I arrived a early, and was able to find a handicap parking spot right on the corner near the theater. Parking can be a challenge , but there are some lots in the area to provide extra parking. I ran into some people that I had met at previous concerts, and we chatted while we waited for the doors to open. The entrance and the box office are up a flight of stairs, so the ADA entrance is an elevator to the left side near the stairs. We waited here, and they escorted us up to the checkin area just before the general crowd was admitted. The theater is beautiful, with seating on the main floor at the back and in the balcony. We were in the ADA section on the right side. It's not raised, so you do have a little bit of a blocked view of the stage. Sound and lighting were great, which is good because some older venues have issues with the sound especially. I really the Nothing More show, and the openers were good too, which is a bonus. There is one small concessions on the concert level. Everything else is downstairs on the ground floor. Restrooms, larger bar, and merch for concerts are all here. ADA access is from that same entrance elevator on the left side, and there's a hidden women's restroom near the elevator. I will definitely be back, when there's an important show that's worth the trip to Riverside.

The lighting was nice, the window were floor to ceiling and the view was nice. Our family opted for the pasta bar and the food was also good! It came with caesars salad, delicous chicken and the pasta had a red and white sauce option, both were delicious. Their team was on top of it, keeping everything clean, organized and filled. I have to admit there were some glitches with the audio video system which caused quite a bit of disruption - it would be nice if they had someone trained to help trouble shoot at the event so the attendees didn't have to spend time working on it. There were 2 beautiful screens on the 2 sides of the room and in the center was a jumbo screen, one of the biggest I've seen in an events space, it was impressive. I've done quite a bit of events and hope their "plug and play" is fixed and their team is trained to handle trouble shooting during the event. The mic also didn't work - and everything worked the night before so just a heads up that we did enjoy this venue but this one matter caused a bit of chaos. Other then that, the team was on top of it. They were very friendly. Restrooms were clean. Parking was easy. The venue is located on the backside of the hotel with plenty of parking.

There's a beautiful Victorian home in the middle surrounded by much green lawn and the bride for the wedding we attended rode up on a horse and carriage. Instead of helping me locate my reservation, she focused on arguing about the reservation dates. She told me the internet was down and that she didn't know when it would be back, but she made no effort to find another solution or reassure me. It seemed like she either didn't know how to handle a late check-in reservation or simply didn't want to help. I had to call customer service myself while waiting in the lobby. I had the call on speaker the entire time. When customer service called the hotel to verify the situation, Kyleigh refused to speak with them. She claimed the phones were not working, even though she had answered another phone call earlier. Customer service repeatedly asked to be transferred to the front desk, but she would not cooperate. At one point, she walked into the back office and left me standing there without any assistance. The entire situation felt very suspicious because of her behavior and complete lack of customer service. As someone in a supervisory role, I expected professionalism, problem-solving skills, empathy, and a willingness to help a guest. Instead, I experienced the opposite. Her lack of hospitality and customer service skills turned what should have been a simple late check-in into a frustrating and upsetting experience. I hope hotel management and the corporate office are made aware of how Kyleigh Miles handled this situation so they can address it appropriately. No guest should be treated this way. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying at this property located at 12509 Schleisman Rd., Eastvale, CA 92880. Besides wasting my time I have to be on the phone more than 30 minute to reverse my reservation and have my kids wait for me.

I booked a Tuesday 30min slot through Riverside Courthouse. I read a lot of peoples reviews the…read morenight before and I found them to be tippers to what to expect as this was not a "full blown" wedding that I was expecting anything more than vows. So for those who complained that they didn't get more than their 30 mins- they have offerings for Friday-Sunday through the church that you can do all the things you would maybe expect (decorating, throwing flower petals, full blown photo sessions). This is a HUGE step up from a courthouse wedding and by far the best option in the area if you just want to tie the knot and not be in a weird office space. Tippers: it's 30 mins, don't waste your time on the extras. They are unnecessary in the grand scheme of things- this church is vintage, beautiful in its own, and aesthetically all you need. When you get there the doors will be locked till a min or two before your time slot (if you knock or try to open the door- you are interrupting an ongoing wedding & security will tell you the same thing) At your time slot the pastor will text the booking persons number a link to make a payment for the slot ($142?) so be prepared with the card you want to put it on. This is starting your time slot & if you cannot get together that's part of your 30 mins. Once she receives the payment she will come out to have signatures on the marriage license paperwork (that you bring) and she needs identification from both parties. Options: you can pick to walk down how you want, I chose to have my dad walk me down as traditional. You can walk down separately, together, whatever you want. She really lets you do what you want from here on. She will ask if you want to play a song while you walk down and she will have you type it into the phone and it'll play over the speakers. She will ask you if you want traditional vows, if you want to say your own vows, or what have you. Because I read what people had to say, I asked a friend to come through and take photos (it's going to be a quick wedding, might as well have everyone not dread what they missed and still capture the cute moments). My friend was able to go up, down, around the aisles as he pleased to take a bunch of photos. I'd highly recommend this... setting up a tripod and having to trade off to take photos would have really taken too long in what we're allowed. The pastor was a sweet sweet lady! She laughed with us, made it really not stressful, and afterwards she files the marriage license paperwork for you!! So worth it! Once the vows are done she allows you the remaining of your time to take photos and we ended up trickling out 10 mins early. Again- highly recommend a photographer for your event.
