My wife and I were visiting Herrsching for a couple of days and needed a late breakfast on our…read morefirst morning there. We wandered into town and stopped into Carla's Kaffeehaus. It was bright, inviting and warm on a chilly August morning. We don't speak much German, but that wasn't a problem. Our waitress spoke a little English and I spoke enough German to get by. Both my wife and I ordered the eggs benedict, and it was divine! They also had a good selection of organic teas. Most of the waiters/waitresses we've had in Austria and Germany have been matter of fact, sour folks. Our waitress was kind, engaging and smiled. We were grateful! I'd highly recommend Carla's Kaffeehaus!
