*Do not use* Payment up front * Delayed and incomplete services* We bought a full design package from Ingic Design including Logo design, stationary, tri fold leaflet and 5 page website build. The logo was fine but we had issues accessing final format files and no response from their 24/7 customer helpline. After a month of back and forth the stationary finally had the correct information but the website was still showing simple errors such as incorrect information after repeated revision requests including annotated screenshots of their work highlighting the issues. By this point we were forced to create our own website using 123 reg as we had started trading. No response to email enquiries, 24/7 care line goes to answer machine, all samples provided by Ingic are screenshots so I cant comment on functionality of the website. Not worth the hassle, unless you require a particularly complex website, use a builder most domain hosting services offer them. If you must go with a design agency, please do your homework and preferably go local. This has been nothing but a headache. We have requested a refund for inadequate services but after three days there has been no response, so now will begin court proceedings in four days. read more

Excellent company to work with, always have my account manager on the phone, any issues get solved within 24hrs, these are hard working and produce good work, will always keep working hard to ensure the customer is happy with the final design, our website is in the development stage now, so excited the new website is coming to life, we are already planning others works once the 1st project is finished. We have used many website design companies in the past with issues with every stage and ends in disappointment, but with Ingic Design we are more than happy to trust and work with this team who cares about the customer and not the money, makes a refreshing change, keep up the good work guys, I would say give these guys a go and well done Ingic Design so far on our project. read more

Do not use! We had hired this agency to build is a mobile app assuming they were an international development company that knows what they are doing, however it turns out they are developers from Pakistan with fake English names providing the worst quality coding we have seen, when we chose them initially we were told our developers would be senior iOS devs from the states. Our startup had been waiting 14 months for our product which ended up being no less than a basic demo. They take forever to respond and expect all money upfront before anything can be reviewed. We had our app reviewed independently and we were told it's one of the worst developments they have ever seen with amateur coding and security flaws. We had raised an official complaint and no surprise the people who worked on our project no longer work there. (Ofcourse they do but they just change their fake names) read more
