We really enjoy Shopping at Ingles. They have a huge selection of things but it still feels like a hometown market. The deli section has Boars Head cold cuts and the bakery has a good selection of freshly baked goods. The meat and seafood section is always clean and the meats/fish never look old or dried out. Ok, so again. Getting lunch, there are 6 people in the deli, but only one is working the sub/hotbar. I had to ask the one Maki g my sandwiches to get another associate to help the woman in line behind me. The manager was standing in the back talking to someone. It's not a good thing to have to wait 10 minutes for service when there are so many associates. read more

One of the local bigger chain of grocery stores here... Little more expensive than the smaller country stores... but more familiar selection. Still had that southern charm... with warm, super friendly service!!! The building was a lot newer and cleaner than the other one I went to.... And get this... they had rocking chairs just out side on sale for $59.99... What a steal!!! read more

Just love the employees that work there. First time I shopped there was in January of 2012 when we moved down from NY State. Produce Counters, Meat Cases, Floral Dept displays, Bakery/Deli counters all filled and nicely show cased. Cashiers is where I was really impressed by. For I was a cashier and know that these people are the last person a customer sees and has contact with before leaving. The impression a cashier makes to a customer is the one that lasts in the customer's mind. Cashiers are friendly and professional. read more

I went into Ingles in Sweetwater Tn at first because I hate shopping at Walmart. So Ingles, which happened to be across the street was where I started to shop. I noticed that Ingles has a lot to choose from. And they have their own Laura Lynn off brand name that saved me as much as the sams choice or great value across the street. Best thing was the people who worked there. They actually like their jobs and are willing to help you. They approach you. And you can tell it is not because they watched a 40 minute training video that told them to. So I hope to find really great deals on meat at Ingles coming soon. I do keep track of what is on sale and a best deal per unit price. Bakery is awesome and deli always has something really good. Looking forward to more raw food salads and locally grown produce. Alittle more expensive than some others but it has specialty foods and a hometown feel. The store has gone under many updates and has brought in new items but you should expect to price a few cent to a couple dollars more than similar items at the large chains. The service is great and it's nice to have someone help put groceries in your car! read more

I only give the one in sweetwater tennessee , a 3 rating, it is clean , But i under stand older people needs jobs , but to make a 70 year old to carry out your groceries , when it is alot of heavey coke , i think that is wrong, they should have a younger person there to do it , for him , i have a bad back , and this older person always asked to take them out, but i will not let him, i understand he loves his job , but ingles needs to have a stand by , for the heavey stuff , i also cut my hand one one of there meatl pcs , and was bleeding , i found 2 pople that work there , i told them i cut my hand , and asked for a bandaid, the older man look at the younger man , said go get her a bandaid, come to find out one was a manger , he did not ask if i was ok or even wanted to look at it , did not give a napkin or and thing to put on it, just a bandaid , read more
