And OH MY GOD did he help!!! My old insurance had claimed I was at fault for an accident When I clearly was not at fault, and they never told me about it (I did not make a claim through them as the other persons insurance paid). I could never understand why my bill was so high it cost as much as my car payment. He looked up the police report that clearly stated I was not at fault and changed that. Now even including renters I'm paying half of my old bill! Alex was super informative if I didn't understand something he explained it and showed me different options to better suit me. I am so thankful for the help they are amazing and I 10/10 recommended!

Run fast from this insurance agency! I've had them for 30 years and in the past year I've had…read morenothing but problems. First issue, they don't answer their phones. Your call goes to an answering service and the people there don't understand what you're saying. Second, their billing is terrible. I requested to get a paper bill sent to the mail because I own multiple properties. I didn't get the bill, my policy was cancelled. I went for several weeks without insurance and didn't know it. I called to open another policy, spent a long time on the phone and got it done. They said I would be receiving a small refund from the previous policy, I got it in the mail, then got an email that they were sending me to a collection agency for the amount close to what they refunded me. I've spent hours on the phone trying to clear it up. I've been promised calls back when it's figured out and I don't get a call back. Even their billing department can't figure out why I owe this amount, but they expect me to pay it. I emailed the owner and, not surprising, didn't get a response. I'm now getting quotes from other insurance agencies; I recommend you do the same.

A lady name Andrea held a 5 minute conversation on the phone with her friend name Pam before assisting me in the lobby. This is something that always happens when you enter the agency.
