I live in AZ and was in IA for my sister's death ... Matt claimed to have everything under control and said all the "right" things to put my mind at rest ... he has essentially defrauded my sister's estate of the money for the sale of her car, defrauded the utilities of their charges and refuses to answer any calls or texts ... this man is not to be trusted .... to do this type of business transaction on top of the grief of my sister's death is appalling ... She lacked manners, decorum etc. I eventually hung up and decided I wouldn't even bother with taking a tour. I've always been lucky enough to have great landlords and wouldn't want to change that now. The pictures of the property look decent but there is nothing spectacular enough about the property to deal with subpar service. I say look elsewhere!
