I was told if they didn't have the book I wanted they would get it for me. But that wasn't a problem... they had a lot to choose from!

One day you might come across an exercycle, the next some fishing tackle or cleaning detergent. It's truly random - and a lot of it isn't the best quality known to humanity - but at least you can get a refund if it breaks in the alloted timeframe! They also produce their own brand of clothing and sell loads of mainstream CDs and DVDs, games and toys at cheap prices.
