I made an appointment see Dr. Quinn. Firstly, I was able to obtain an appointment within 48 hours. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Kim and Babe. After filling out the standard patient in-take forms there was virtually no waiting. I saw Dr. Quinn almost immediately. He thoroughly explained the non-invasive laser procedure to me in layman's terms that I could fully and thoroughly understand. The laser procedure lasted about 45 minutes. When I asked for clarification, the responses felt vague (e.g., "muscle strain" or "tension") and did not provide a clear understanding of what was actually occurring. After seeking a second opinion, another chiropractor was able to perform an X-ray and provide a more detailed diagnosis in one visit than I received after three sessions at your office. Additionally, during my last visit I waited approximately 20 minutes before the massage therapist entered, and the treatment was performed on the opposite side of my body from where the injury was located. At that point I needed to leave to return to my daughter and did not have time to address it in the moment. I am also unclear about the $50 deposit I paid. I was told my insurance covered the sessions and that the $50 went toward a balance, but I was never informed what that balance was or provided with a receipt. They are super sketchy and evasive when talking about payments. Do not recommend.

I was in constant pain, getting injections every few months to help and never feeling well. I need to stand for parts of my job so it was a real problem for me, but I also felt pain non stop. My back pain had just gotten worse and worse over a period of years. They introduced me to extracorporeal shock wave therapy and now I am a completely evangelist about it. After about 6 sessions, I had no more back pain. Now I go back annually for a tune up and feel so free. I've been praising them about how well the doctor put so much thoughts and his heart into this facility you can tell it's something he aspire to do for a long time, every detail of the place shows that he was really hands hyper focus and locked in to making this place a comfortable place for those who are recovering from minor to Major injuries. It shows it was well planned and executed to build this place under a diverse environment for the comfortability and satisfaction of the patients there not only for those who arrived for pain management but also their children now how many people think about the children or even want the children inside of facility in this facility there's a small play area for the clients who visit with their children you can see in the choice of staff and atmosphere that he put a lot of thought and love into bringing this project together. As a Muslimah I know there's no better charity than to take care of others and for him to go into business to do just that I'm sure sacrifice hours of rest days away from family freedom to travel and have his own leisure time because he's literally there everyday probably finances he may have not had at the start of this project to the extent that he would like to have had to bring this dream to fruition to help others speak a lot about his integrity. They ignore you is like you don't even exist even at your family doctor in most cases nowadays this place you go in there and express to them the extent of your pain any fears that you have around treatment any information that you need to go over in regards to MRIS CAT scans or whatever else that people may get when they go there. I myself had an MRI, I even got them foot massage from Dr Brian because one day I was in the massage chair and randomly I started receiving them muscle spasms shooting pains going down my foot and this is literally only a few days after the injury but the first two days the massage chair was sufficient. I was really concerned about it I immediately went to Dr Brian expressing to him like I don't know what's going on I didn't have this issue yesterday he immediately told me to sit down and he wanted to take a look and he said well let me just see your foot let me massage it out and I'm not comfortable being being a Muslim woman having a male touch me was very difficult and not just being Muslim I'm the type of person who don't like people touching me whether male or female I'm a very spiritual person and a very religious person. Please don't listen to the negative reviews, there're irrelevant people. And you get the full package, from decompression table, stems chair, roller and water bed, and the massage chair is great. I recommend anybody that has back, neck, spinal problems.. check em out! You won't be disappointed.
