Schulte Building Systems dba Inland Building Systems committed Fraud, Deceit, Neglect and Bait & Switch in my purchase of a custom pre-engineered building from them. Unlike many of the other reviews on the internet this one, is not from their employees' or a trucker that delivers to their company. I am an actual customer, job # 124443 that paid them $345,199.70 for the crap they provided. Instead of receiving a structure as purchased in accordance with the approved plans, I received an unauthorized severely altered and defective structure that failed to be properly engineered and did not comply with the building permit nor the site plan issued in accordance with the approved plans. When confronted instead of providing any reasonable customer service they lied blaming their customer for installation defect, in attempt to hide and disguise their intentional deception and fraud. The only installation defects are when they sent an incompetent crew that only created further damage to the defective structure and damaged goods inevitably abandoning the job.
