Sandi helped us with the purchase of our condo back in 2020, and then the purchase of our home in 2022. I'll be honest, the mortgage world was all new to me during these times, so I've had many questions along the way. Sandi's never hesitated to take my calls or respond to all of my emailed questions. Happy to say we ended up on our home at an acceptable rate (in this economy anyway). Most recently, I reached out to her to chat about refinance options, PMI removal inquiry, and a few other things. They…read moreagreed to service our mortgage on our first house, and since we were only able to have 15% down we had to have PMI which they said would be paid off in 4 years and that we could pay it off earlier by making extra payments a year. They also told us that they "rarely" sell their mortgages. We were sold before we even had our first payment on our house which resulted in several significant issues which haven't let up in the past several years. They have not been willing to even talk with us to explain what happened and since then I have heard from several individuals that they have had similar problems. I would strongly recommend that you find a different company to work with as they do not appear to care about their customers.
