I decided to give this site a chance, and I sincerely regret it. My order remained stagnant for two weeks because "something was on backorder," which was not mentioned on their website. They only informed me of this issue after I threatened to contact a lawyer or the authorities. They ignored my messages on social media, phone calls, and emails until I mentioned involving a lawyer. Then they denied ever receiving my messages, even though I have receipts and confirmations from their own website, email, and social media proving that my messages were received. Essentially, they had my money tied up for two weeks without any valid reason, which seems like a tactic to improve their cash flow. I will never order from this company or shop at any of their locations again. I will also do everything I can to ensure that no one else has the terrible experience I had with this company, which clearly doesn't care about its customers. read more

They have a big selection....but they sent me the wrong product and never replied to email or text when I tried to get it swapped out. But they are happy to blow me up with marketing emails. read more

i was excited to find a shop online with a good selection of products. they had exactly what i wanted so i placed an order, took 2 weeks to ship even though i paid for 2-3 day priority through their site, and after receiving the item it was open, box was damaged and best part is it's not even what i ordered. ive been contacting them based off of the emails they sent with how easy returns are and no one will call me back, or return my emails. this has to be hands down the absolute worst place i have ever done business with and i would advise anyone considering doing it with them moving forward to think twice and order from just about anywhere else for more reliable help read more

Sold me a defective vape!!! Bought Wednesday night went to use it Thursday morning off a full charge and it doesn't work. I talked to the manager over the phone he told me since I don't have a receipt they could look up my credit card number and exchange it. Went in there and the lady working can't find my transaction on her computer even though I showed her the transaction details on my phone through my bank information. Then told me they can't can't do anything. So I spent $30 on a broke vape that I'm stuck with will not be going back here terrible customer service Place is a rip off!! read more

I've only been here a few times with my 20 year old brother who comes here all the time, and I don't see what everyone's issue is. The store is clean, has good selection (sometimes is low on disposable Posh inventories but no big deal) and the young guy who's always working is really nice to us and gets us what we need pretty quickly, takes care of people in order of who was there first. I have no issue with this store and they usually have good sales depending on what you want like the 2/$15 Posh. If you don't like the store then I guess don't go here anymore, rather than cussing over Yelp. Cmon people. read more

I will not order from here again, nor should you. The staff was helpful when I purchased my order and responded quickly, but not later on. I opened one of my two vapes and tested it, the second remains unopened, but the first one has zero flavor, only that horrid smoke-burning taste. I messaged the company multiple times with no reply. I even called and left a voicemail, but no reply. It is unprofessional to ignore a customer who is purchasing from your inventory. As a business manager myself, I give this company a rating of half of one star, a .5, for a good start, but a very unhelpful ending. read more

This shop has the worst customer service, one day they will give me a return and another day they will tell me there's nothing they can do about it and won't even give me in store credit or a return. The pods are burnt and leaking all over the package won't be shopping here again. They asked for a receipt yet they don't even give receipts. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would, they sell to minors and have bad customer service. I bought a vape and when I tried to use it it didn't work, the employee told me there's nothing they could do and gave me attitude afterwards. I called and asked for a manager and he hung up.
