Both of those men have left. So I was left with Nicolas Amati. Who I've heard nice things. After explaining my financial situation and frustration that I was told I would have ZERO issues for 15-20 years with this method, to have to be a in a third time. Then told I had to be in pain or spend several thousand more to TRY to fix it. . I explained I'm going to go elsewhere because that shouldn't be the only solutions and was poor customer service. I told him he can't be so rude and criticizing I have many fillings and saying being a teacher I should have awesome insurance and doesn't believe me we don't. I explained to him that I've dropped $10,000 at that dentist office and was told I wouldn't have any issues with my teeth and I have nothing but issues with my teeth and his solution of spending several thousand dollars more, pulling out the teeth or just living with pain are simply not options for me, and I would go someplace else to get a second opinion, that I found him very unprofessional to judge me for my fillings and financial situation. I asked if he had a supervisor or someone above him and he said yes. So told him I needed his supervisors name because he's very rude and cannot just shout at me or criticize my teeth or how often I'm able to go to the dentist. He did state there was someone higher than him but that he would not give it to me. This is when he shouted that I was being unruly and had to leave. I asked how I was unruly in standing there, no raised voice besides his and that didn't go well for him. So, unless I was outside the building he wouldn't give it to me. I told him I didn't believe he would give it to me if I waited outside because of his actions and none of his secretaries would either as he told them not to. they all looked like they were terrified of him and kept telling me to just go, and it would be easier. So he began running around the office and doing the whole rub your eyes in frustration thing and yelling at me to leave or he was calling the police I told him once I closed my account with the front desk and got the owners name, I would be happy to leave. In his tantrum he ran around, ran into somebody and and called the police tell them he was unsure if I had weapons on me but I claimed I didn't. After about 20 minutes, of being told to leave even after calling the police. I explained that when someone calls the police I can't just run and he now made it so I had to wait. two officers showed up they told me I should've left and called the police on him. They also suggest I take that facility to court and they made them give me whoever the owners phone number is with just a first name and a cell phone number. I'm not sure it's even a real number but I did call and leave a message for whoever "Bo" is. Please don't let this man near you. He was unnecessarily rough and caused me a lot of pain telling me my tooth only hurt because he poked at it despite me expressing it hurt prior to me coming. He definitely had a problem with compassionate care and being a professional

I was given a brand new, inexperienced dental assistant who plainly did not know what she was doing. She gagged me 3 times trying to get X-rays, touched the dental drills with her bare, unwashed finger. She did not have the putty to make the temporary cap in the middle of my bite and did not let it set at all so it was formed wrong...the cap popped off the next day. Judy, the other DA told me to use toothpaste to put it back on....didn't work. Office closed on Fri and she did not want to meet me to put it back in. The cap never fit. After 4 visits with numbing, drilling and burning off my gum, I had to have the tooth extracted by an oral surgeon. The dentist cracked the tooth and did so much damage, it had to be removed. It was a horrible experience....do not go to this practice.

He actually cares about his patients and their results. Great bedside manner and attentive. All of the staff here were very friendly and always responsive. Probably the worst dentist Ive been to. I needed a root canal, the dentist 'forgets' to take a mold…read moreof my tooth, so I have to remind him. When it comes time to get the replacement made, he 'lost' the mold, so just orders me a generic tooth. It of course doesnt fit, so he blames it on my good tooth and says we need to grind it down to make the terrible tooth fit. I decline and tell him he better send it back and make me a tooth that fits. He is incredibly rude throughout the whole process, overcharges me, sends me an additional $100 charge a YEAR later for no reason, and my tooth is still messed up. I will NEVER go back there again. I advise you to avoid this egotistical asshole as well.

We had to change dentists due to our insurance, and we found this office. We are so happy we found…read morethem. Jonathan that works with the front office was so helpful and very professional. Jose and Tara that did our cleaning were amazing! They took their time and made sure we felt good throughout the process. Thankfully we didn't have any other issues besides our basic cleaning, so we didn't have too much interaction with the dentist himself, but he seemed nice enough. We highly recommend this practice!
