The hotel restaurant itself is decent too--perfect if you just want to stay in one night. Overall, comfy, convenient, and great value. I'd definitely stay here again!

A chaise lounger, a table and two sofa chairs are also situated in the room. This hotel is classy and wonderful. The front desk is so helpful. I purchased several purses, wallets and gifts for family members. The hotel arranged to package and ship the items to the U.S. for us. The items arrived home before we did, lol. Room service begins at 4:00 pm., but there are tons of restaurants nearby. The hotel has an elegant bar for a night cap or drink after a day of touring. Friendly front desk staff. Perfect location. Pool is nice but half of the pool was 7ft deep. Too deep for my eldest but there is the other side that is only 2.5 ft deep. This is only about 0.8 mile from the meecato central. Don't rent a car because this is walkable and you cannot park anywhere near florence and with your rental. If you do have a rental there is a garage across the street they use for 45 euro a night. But you have in and out privileges. Other garages down town florence don't allow you to move the car in and out even if you paid all day fees. Overall this hotel was very nice

BTW, park in any of the blue street parking locations around the hotel and then get the parking pass from the hotel when you check in. The pass let's you park in those spots unlimited.

It is clean and comfortable, we were a party of 3. With 2 people in a king size bed and a separate room for the 3rd person. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Complimentary breakfast included in our reservation. I was not thrilled with the location and a times even during the day it felt kind of sketchy with numerous people loitering aound the area. The next morning I informed the front desk (a short bearded man was on duty). This hotel personnel was extremely and very unbecoming for someone in the hotel business. He was very arrogant and kept asking me if I wanted to room conditioning system to be on or not. It was obvious from his monitor that the system was off. So I asked him to turn it on and without even an apology for system being off, he arrogantly brushed me off. This hotel needs to understand better how to treat the hotel guests.
