The outdoor pickup can sometimes take 45 minutes of waiting after they text that it's ready, so I've given up on that.

Very poor service. Called in to refill my prescription, went in to pick up it up the next day and…read morethey said there were no more refills. I showed them the last refill bottle that said 6 refills remaining. Refused to fill the prescription because" I just filled it and have my signature on file". I had not had it refilled recently, there is no charge on my debit card (I never pay cash), nor was there a claim for the prescription submitted to my health insurance provider. Rather than trying to help solve it, I was told that I had a second bottle somewhere and that I should look in my car. I immediately transferred my prescription over to Walgreens in Houghton (2 hour round trip - but worth it), and they filled the prescription with no issues. Prior to this event there were 5 other times where I submitted a refill request online, only to arrive to find it had not been filled 2 days after the request. Another event is where the pharmacy tech shouted across the room for me to provide my birth date, and expected me to shout it back for the entire room to hear. Take your business elsewhere if you want to have your prescriptions filled with ease and professionalism and no hassle.
