Worse was that they upcharged all the products because I had not booked at least three treatments at their facility. If I had purchased the same products directly from Obagi, I would have paid $468, almost $100 less. I used Obagi online to purchase moisturing prooducts and found 5 appropriate products for only $149. I totally feel ripped off, Beware of their advice.
