In my opinion, they overcharged my wife by 40% for a Torsion Spring replacement on garage door based on her being at home alone. The owner provided a budgetary price of $450-$500 but my wife was charged $685. I called the owner to get an explanation and explained that I have had mechanics and other businesses charge my wife and daughters more for services than they normally would for a male and believe this is what happened here as well. I also called other garage door companies in area who quoted same job between $365-$425. read more

TECH BROKE INTO MY PROPERTY!!! I had an appointment with these jokes and had to reschedule due to my son having a high fever and not wanting to risk anyone's health. The day we had our appointment, my husband was in an accident in NC so I had to immediately drive to pick him up. The tech took it upon himself to BREAK INTO MY PROPERTY AND IRREPARABLY DAMAGE MY GARAGE DOOR!!! It will no longer shut creating a safety issue and also allowing our livestock to enter our garage. We called this guy on a recommendation from a friend and when he came, told my husband that our door was off-brand and it would be a miracle if he could fix it. He charged us $45 for a trip fee and basically just said he couldn't help us. Really? read more

My first experience with them was for a routine check of our garage doors. He cleaned and checked every nook and cranny. The sensor was not working and he had the exact part with him.
