Went to Camdenton @ 4:30 saying not taking new patients We are closing early! Called Eldon while driving there after the other two places failed! Asked Eldon if X-rays were available and was told yes and open till 7:00. Arrived @ 5:00. Went back in room 6:05 and was told by provider "Sorry, the X-ray tech leaves at 6:00!" Was told go to hospital ER for ultrasound! What an absolute waste of time at all three of Your facilities!! Eldon should have said or realized when I called receptionist and checked into to at least inform me of the X-ray time issue! Two facilities unavailable and one that is open not offering X-rays? I paid for what exactly? I know I had a Hematoma! Do better Lake Regional! Urgent Care should be far from your name as this place is good for treating a cough at best!!

I ended up coming back in May…read morebecause I was still new to the area and did not have time to research doctors when my son got sick. The last time we were at the office was in May. I should have learned the first time. It is October and I am receiving new bills monthly. I just received one with zero explanation for $80. I have never seen such unethical billing practices from a doctor's office. I have found a new doctor. I hope this places' billing practices are investigated. The patient care and wait times were decent. The healthcare professionals were knowledgable and pleasant. I would have given 4 stars but receiving multiple bills for each visit even up to 3 months after my visit was not pleasant. This was explained to me that there are various providers that are hired so basically this urgent care is the same cost as going to the ER. I would go again in case of emergency but not as my regular doctor for my family. This is not a hospital and they should not charge like one. Fortunately, my family can afford surprise bills 3 months after the visit but that can create a real hardship for some.
