IPD designed and built a pool with spa and a fire pit for our home and we could not be more impressed with the service they provided from start to finish. From the office staff to the crew doing the build, everyone involved in our project was a pleasure and truly top notch. Matt, the owner, is a wealth of knowledge. He gave us the the quote for the job and provided a great deal of guidance on what would work. He never tried to up sell us on fancy designs or finishes, but truly listened to what our vision for the project was and let us figure out what we wanted without any pressure. We were able to create and modify the design until we landed on the perfect set up for our space. Once construction started, Matt set up a group text message so that we were always in contact and updated often on the progress and what to expect next. That was amazing. We were told when work would be happening, sent pictures and videos of the job in progress, and then kept in the loop with the equipment updates and water chemistry updates. Alan led the job and was wonderful. He carefully and meticulously graded the area and dug the site and oversaw the day to day work. Along the way he had some really cool ideas that we incorporated that we would have never thought of. Juan made sure our equipment was all set up and made sure we knew how to log on and use the app to manage the control settings. As a first time pool owner I have had MANY questions about how to operate the pool (usually after hours) and I could get immediate answers by using the group text. That alone was so reassuring and saved me from panicking when I thought there was an issue that I hadn't yet learned how to navigate. Usually my worry was for nothing, but Matt and his team were always gracious enough to give their time and expertise to answer my questions and reassure me that everything was good. Luke met me at the house for Pool School which was amazingly informative and has helped with my questions as I continue to learn. I could go on and on. The IPD team is truly the best. They came highly recommended from several friends and neighbors that have have had pools built by them. We were advised we needed a new motor for our pump and we approved the quote, the guys brought out the wrong part and it didn't work then we waited multiple weeks for them to get the right part in.
