The biggest issues I've had with designers in the past, whether digital or print, is the communication and commitment to time frames. I've actually come to expect a bit of awkwardness and poor work ethic from designers. If you've worked with designers before, then you know exactly what I'm talking about. The primary designers for my project, Nissa and Ryan, were very quick to respond and even humored me on some ideas I had that were, well, not so good. BUT, they listened and tried them out anyway which was very nice of them to do. Their entire team, from sales to development, actually took an active part in the process which was pretty refreshing. I requested for Geoff at Voice Solutions to stop my service. He refused to cancel the service, stating that he was the required vendor for all franchisees in the brand. I again requested him to stop the service, letting him know that I was willing to take it up with the brand myself due to his high cost. He refused again. He only recently lowered his prices. I am upset and angry that he overcharged me and refused to cancel his service with me when I asked him to. Also, the quality of the music isn't very good, we have had numerous customer complaints about the sound quality and the type of music played, However, we are forced to use him.
