John came recommended by a colleague and unfortunately, did not live up to our expectations even a…read morelittle bit. It's been over 5 months and just NOW is our site up and running only because of our internal IT guy. Not only did John put all of the blame for what wasn't working on us (when we hired him to do the work) but on more than one occasion said, "I'm not a tech-guy". This should have been our first clue to say "ta-ta" and onto the next guy but we had already paid him (another mistake) forcing us to be even more patient. After numerous snarky emails, we're finally done dealing with this crock of a website designer. The first time we thought the site was finished, we realized all links pointed to a "profitableonlinefranchise" extension..... so not only was John rude but also incredibly deceptive on top of it and he continued to play dumb throughout the process. Regardless of the website, as the owner of the company, he should have accepted full responsibility for what was not working and perhaps not advertised that he's "not a tech-guy". This could have made all the difference. Would definitely not recommend.

And it wasn't a tap, he dented the front bumper on the left side. And not only was I in it, but my two year old son was in the back. I got out of my car, shocked, to ask what had happened. Instead of stopping, he started to drive away. I started yelling to get his attention and he rolled down his window and told me to go f*** myself. That's the kind of person who runs this place. To this day he has not taken responsibility for the damage to my car that he caused, nor has he apologized, and we have crossed paths since then. He's a huge jerk and a bad person. Who does that?
