However not realizing I gave the wrong address for my friend, I also did not realize that the florist was over 2 1/2 hours away from my friend who lived in seven Oaks. Delivery was made to the wrong address, but that was on me, but this florist went over and above. They partially compensated me back on the original order and found me a florist in seven Oaks to make the delivery for me on a Saturday. Thank you again for going above and beyond!

A few times something I've ordered wasn't in stock, I promptly received a phone call from them to let me know this and I was given the option to either wait for the item to come back into stock and then receive all of my order, or to have the price refunded and the rest of my order delivered as soon as it was ready.
