I want to alert everyone here to be cautious with this company. I experienced misleading sales tactics that led to payment without any fulfillment of services. They lack proper customer support--no contact numbers, only direct communication with the same salesperson who continues to misrepresent the company's offerings. After purchasing a product online, I was informed the next day that it was discontinued and was pressured into accepting an alternative that involved sending out postcards--a service I find questionable. It seems once they have your payment, they push products that don't deliver as promised. Please be wary of any assurances from this company! read more

Horrible company Horrible company! No support! They are very slow to get back to you about issues. Even simple tasks like exporting some contacts does not work many times. There other tools are buggy and many times do not work either. I used their full solution for the Brokerage which is now branded as Bold Trail and Bold Office. I cannot say enough about how bad this product is...not to also mention out website down numerous times, and one time for 3 full days and no one helping until I threatened to stop paying because they were breaching the contract. If I could give a minus review I would. I can't believe this company is still in business. This is the worst company I have ever encountered. Feels like a total scam. Waste of money, for very little outcome. Their employees have little or NO expertise in the software they are supposed to set you up with. You will end up teaching yourself or having to take a bunch of classes to figure out how to get the software up and running. I had to have another software company assist me with the integration, because they were clueless from the beginning. It has been a nightmare working with them. No matter how many times I called and complained due to poor service, glitches, or lack of expertise, they refuse to cancel even though they made numerous mistakes. Too bad you can't give a zero star rating. Absolutely worst customer service ever! Why? It's non-existent! The sales team is amazing at being nice, great follow-through and getting you set up. However, once you are in the system, and signed a contract the support vanishes! I had a huge issue with the back-office component not synchronizing with a supported provider. Heading over to "live chat" I receive a message that response time is "in a few hours." Huh? How is that Live Chat??? If you click on Contact Support & Billing, you find a phone number with LIVE support that always takes you to a voice mail to leave a message! So, the last option is a support e-mail. Guess what? No response there either! Twenty-four hours during business days and not even an acknowledgement that the support e-mail was received. But it gets better! If you are finally able to reach anyone on the phone before you are connected there is a message to asking them to improve their service so please "stay on the line for a survey." Call ends without you reahing anyone. Click. No survey! What a joke! Avoid kvCore, BrokerSumo and any other related services they may offer. You will not receive the necessary support to properly run your business. read more

Horrible lead generation and customer service I purchased Inside Real Estate's Managed Google Leads, SmartSocial Leads, and concierge service. They continuously under perform in lead volume. Continuously send me leads that are not at all what we agreed to. And suggest that if I want more leads to go work in more cities, rather than just send me the number of leads that they suggested they could send when I first signed the contract. The concierge team is a glorified smart campaign. If you can call someone twice in two days and then leave them on a smart campaign then you've done as much work as the concierge service. If you want out of the contract for how poorly they perform, they want 2 months of pay. No value at all from this company. They will mislead you all day long. This company has treated me so poorly that I have an active BBB Complaint going on with them. If you're looking for high quality marketing, avoid this company at all costs. read more

Spoke to a sales rep named Andreal for 2 hours. Very nice guy, but the red flag went up when he was determined to get my credit card info. and contract signed before we got off the phone. I told him that I would research the reputation of his company before moving forward to the next stage were I was going to be billed. I agreed to do so and then immediately went to check their reputation online after the call. I found numerous complaints and 1 star ratings and most have the same type of complaint about customer service and lead quality, so I would give that some validity. I bailed out before they got my money! read more

I do not make a habit of posting negative reviews, but this process has been a nightmare, and I hope that this will 1) help people make an informed decision when deciding whether or not to work with kvCORE/Inside Real Estate/kunversion, and 2) encourage IRE to adjust their customer service accordingly. TL;DR: We continue to receive charges months after we requested a cancellation to an add-on subscription because they (Inside Real Estate) stopped providing the services abruptly without notice. Despite numerous requests to speak to their customer service and accounts manager, we still have not heard back beyond a canned response stating our contractual obligations while IRE continues to charge our card for services they are contractually obligated to provide yet are not. When we first brought this issue to their attention, we were told by their customer service that our card was removed from our file and will not be charged. We're still being charged going on 6 months now since the stoppage of add-on services. Our kvCORE dashboard shows that there are no cards on file and that we are no longer subscribed to the add-on services they're charging us for. We've disputed every charge with our bank (who is aware of this situation), the charges keep accumulating. Attempts to reach out to IRE have proven fruitless, hence this review: we've called the phone number they've asked us to call, emailed the email address they told us to use, scheduled a chat using their online scheduler, and used their support chat (which does not send a receipt of their communication despite promises otherwise), only to be put on the same cycle again. The testimonial rating is primarily a reflection of dealing with IRE regarding kvCORE's add-on features, but in case you're considering using one of the kvCORE add-ons: Customer service and sales wasn't responsive or terribly helpful leading into the subscription process which should've been a red flag. They promised to help facilitate things that never got done and didn't communicate when they ran into road blocks. The add-on services didn't help our business, but your mileage may vary depending on your usage and business practices. However, there are plenty of other cheaper options that do the same things better. I was hoping that having a single integrated system would justify the difference, but the UI/UX wasn't streamlined or customizable enough to be worth it. All-in-all, kvCORE's offerings offer a great sales pitch to brokers hoping to recruit agents: on the surface, everything looks like the ultimate real estate CRM, broker management tool, and lead generation engine, and they are so many potentially-promising options, it's easy to buy-in (we certainly did). However, the internal workings are extremely clunky, unintuitive, and unreliable. My business partner and I have backgrounds in app and software development, and we've worked with many other real estate CRMs in the past and were hired as testers for a very large brokerage's CRM that was in development at the time. We can confidently say that this is not about user-error, an inability to look-up support logs/FAQs/online tutorials/etc, or a complaint about the service not providing satisfactory results. This is about one business abruptly ceasing to provide a service that their client business has paid for while continuing to fraudulently charge for said services. This is about that same business refusing to do what they promise and refusing further communications from their client. If you're a real estate agent or lender, I would recommend allocating your hard-earned expenses elsewhere. read more

Absolute garbage company. Worst experience I've ever had. They care about nothing but money and provide an awful customer service.

Unfortunately my experience echoes that of the others. Non-existent service. Your salesperson who says "I guarantee you will love this," will disappear after the sale, and you will definitely NOT love your product. They boast about their SEO as "best in the business" but just look at the engagement of their own social media posts...almost nothing. The idea probably works on paper, but the company could not deliver on a single promise they made. It's been two months, their "customer service" will just pass you off to to someone else. My website took almost a month to set up and still wasn't right, I never got access to the second IDX they promised, and their contact template doesn't work to upload your contacts. They no-showed multiple "Quality Consultation" Zoom calls that THEY set up for me, and they've completely failed in every aspect. They lock you into a 14-month contract and won't follow through on anything. I feel bad for any agent forced to use this, and any broker who is considering this needs to evaluate how they feel about burning money...at least burning money can keep you warm. This platform is garbage and the support is the worst I've ever seen in 27 years of business. This company should be investigated by each state's attorney general. File your complaints, it will be the only way to stop predatory companies like this who are only after your data. read more

AVOID AT ALL COST! Customer service is horrible, the website is total mediocre boilerplate garbage, and they will rip you off and continue to bill after you cancel their service. We had them as our provider for over a year and were never happy. Our contract ended in June of this year, so we started looking for a new provider. We notified IRE that we wanted to cancel service on 9/27/2018. We were told that they would not stop billing until the end of January 2019 even though our contract had ended. They continue to bill our credit card! We've since filed complaints with the FTC and BBB. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more

This company is long on miss representation and short on business ethics. Their sales person totally oversold the ease, flexibility and capabilities of the service. They used the buy now or you will miss special incentives strategy to push me to sign. I was skeptical and told the sales rep that I was not comfortable signing up for a year commitment. He told me that even though the contract said it was a year commitment, that I could cancel and they would not force me to keep paying for something if I was not getting value. From the beginning nothing worked like he said and I had all kinds of issues. I tried to cancel but was ignored. Tried to make the best of it and use what I could if the software. Then I took another job and no longer needed to do any marketing. I have been paying $589 per month for software that is not even being used. I called to ask them if they would allow me to terminate and they told me the beat they could do is 50%. I have learned that they also have a documented history of deceptive practices. Their BBB rating is an F. I guess I got burned but you don't have too. Please do it wast your time and money. These are very shady people . read more
