While my daughter and I took turns using the very dirty bathroom, we stood waiting in line. About five minutes later, an employee finally looked up and asked if I was "so-and-so." I said yes--and only then, ten minutes after the pick-up time, they started making our order. When we finally got our food, I asked if there was silverware in the bag. There wasn't. As I waited for the employee to grab some, I checked my salad--and it was completely drowned in dressing. When he returned, I looked him in the eye and calmly said, "The dressing was supposed to be on the side." He didn't say a word--just turned around and walked away. The salad was so saturated in dressing, it was inedible. Between the delay, the dirty environment, the ignored instructions, and the complete lack of accountability, I won't be returning. Hugely disappointing experience.
